My Seagate Portable Extension Hard Drive with critical work related files failed before I could back up the contents. I initially took the Drive to CentreCom for data recovery and it was confirmed the Drive had failed: Unfortunately CentreCom could not restore it. My wife's work PC hard disk crashed. I am an IT professional so I tried to recover the SSD drive with the tools/software I have access to (after her company IT dept.gave up) but to no avail. Had an old HDD that had failed that I wanted to recover. Ontrack made the process easy with me dropping off the HDD in Melbourne and them mailing my recovered data (100%) on a new portable HDD as well as returning my original HDD.
