Standard service on nissan Y62 and added a whole list of additives to the invoice without discussing prior for about $60. None of them were needed for a new vehicle.
Added new rear wiper to invoice while not replaced.
Some bolts and nuts were not done up on the Under body protection.
Will not use these guys again.

I’ve used this business a few times now and have been very impressed with the provided service on every occasion. The team have been highly accomodating, with competitive pricing, and honest, high quality work. Most recently, I had my vehicle towed to them after breaking a CV joint and shredding teeth off my rear diff crown wheel. The repair was completed with a relatively fast turnaround, despite a lack of notice and an extremely busy workshop. And the best part? The final bill worked out to be approximately 1/4 of what a Nissan dealership would’ve charged (possibly even less). I appreciate your work fellas.

Not impressed when I opened the bonnet a week after the service at Ontrack 4x4 in Ferntree Gully and found the plastic cover over the engine of my Y62 Patrol was badly cracked and someone had made an amateurish attempt to stick it back together. Then nobody bothered mentioning it when I picked up the car.
Service improved when I called them to point out the breakage and they immediately accepted responsibility. A replacement cover is now on order and should arrive from Japan in a couple of weeks.

Asked for a quote. Came back saying "Sorry, we're not interested in the job" without a reason. I suppose it's fair for them to select what they want to do. That being said, the fact that they state "your one stop of shop for 4x4 service & accessory centre is a bit misleading". Clearly they can't handle accessory fitting. Won't be going there I suppose.

Great work, listened to the issues I was having with my Hilux. Solved with a fuel system clean and recommend action to change oil weight. Very happy with outcomes.

Ontrack was fantastic in its efficiency and accuracy in both service and proficiency. I was well informed as to the product I was buying (EFS Suspension upgrade) and the price I was up for. They were black and white and straight down the middle. AAA service!

You don't get anymore than straight forward no bullshit advice on quality products and years of know how.
