Got my Lenovo Yoga laptop fixed with no fuss at On-The-Go Phone repairs. They were fantastic and my blank laptop screen issue was fixed within 3 hours. The price seemed fair and their response to my laptop problem was outstanding.

I will totally recommend On-The-Go Phone repairs if you have computer issues.

Amazing work by the team here. Saved my bacon and replaced my asus zenbook motherboard on a public holiday. Very grateful for the good work and service.

The glue came off the first time and I had to go back for a second time to get it fully fixed.

The guy also asked for my password which is very creepy imo.

Fixed my laptop at a good price. It took a little time but that was mainly because there was delays on parts coming in. I'll definitely come back in the future if I need any other laptop or phone repairs.

Poor quality replacement glass and installation on my iWatch.
Two minutes after I left the store the screen started displaying cracks, and when I returned to show the staff I was blamed for the damage and told that it was from impact against something.

Very poor customer service.

Agree with all other reviews. I was brushed away impolitely immediately upon producing my warranty receipt. No questions of how the crack appeared on my screen protector shy of 2 weeks after it was installed. Immediate blame was on customer despite not dropping phone! I was just shocked to be brushed away so quickly.
I was recommended $30 for this screen protector but was later told a $69 one would have been better protection?
Something was amiss and being a novice at technology, I trusted this organisation. I believe I deserved to be treated a lot better. Perhaps advice what I could do next rather than be dismissed. Simply shocked and disappointed.

I would give 0 star if I can. Replace rubbish and problem screen to my phone. Definitely money and time wasting. Don’t go there or you will regret. Now need to spend some more to fix it again.

OnTheGo phone and computer repairs is the single best repair store I have been to. Chris was an absolute legend and helped me with completely no notice and immediately serviced my phone. Without his knowledge and expertise my phone wouldn’t be working which would of interferes with my work hugely. I’m hugely in debt and he gave a good discount for me when I needed. Thanks

Managed to recover the data from my dead laptop, took about a day and at a very reasonable price.

Would definitely not recommend going to this place if you want your computer fixed in a timely fashion, or to have any communication on a time-frame. I put my computer in to be fixed at the end of March, and have not yet recieved it back (start of June). I've texted and called numerous times, and everytime I do they said they'll have it done or an update by the end of the week. Two weeks go by, and no communication from them. I text again asking for an update, and they say they're still waiting on parts to be shipped from internationally. I call them, and they said they'll call back in 10 minutes but never do. This has happened numerous times, and everytime they take days to respond. Parts don't take 2 months to ship. Honestly I'd be surprised if I even got my laptop back by the end of this year. Do not go here! Extremly unprofessional.

Great customer service and super efficient. Got my laptop fixed within just 2 days which I thought isn't fixable.

Do not come here for PC repairs - they lack knowledge, and on top of that have very poor communication and attitude.

My PC was having frequent BSoD crashes. First they said it was a BIOS issue, and so they had to format my C Drive and update (it wasn't the BIOS, and they absolutely did not have to format it). That of course didn't resolve anything, so then, without contacting me, they moved my PC from their CBD store to their "head technician" in some remote suburb warehouse. They said it was likely a motherboard issue. I asked them to provide more detail, but all they could say was 'it's complicated". I was told the technician would contact me later that day to confirm the issue. 3 days went by without any communication.

When I followed up, they said "we told you when you first left your PC with us that we needed at least 5 to look at it". That was a lie, nothing of the sort was said. When I asked whether the issue had been diagnosed, they said "it's complicated. We think it's a CPU issue. We need more time". Fed up with the changing stories and poor communication, I asked them to immediately return the PC to the CBD store. That took a further 2 days.

I then had a closer look at the PC myself, and it turns out the issue was a faulty RAM stick, which had to be replaced. It took about 10 minutes to diagnose, and 2 minutes to fix. Replacing RAM is like fixing a LEGO set, a child could do it. It wasn't any of the issues they said - not the OS, not BIOS, not motherboard, not CPU. When you tell a supposed PC professional that the BSoD error messages frequently read "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT", you'd think they'd try looking at the RAM first. They never even considered it.

They stuffed up the simplest of things, including irreparably corrupting some of my data when they formatted C Drive, and neglecting to copy other folders despite my repeated and clear instructions to make sure they were also backed up.

The cherry on top might have been when I attended the CBD store to collect my PC. I paid and then ordered an Uber, because waiting inside the store seemed more appropriate than standing in the pouring rain with an expensive electronic device. About 60 seconds after paying I was asked "What are you waiting for? Why are you still here? "

Please, for your own sake, avoid these rude, incompetent shysters at all costs. They wasted my time and money, lost some of my important data, and caused me a lot of unnecessary headaches. I dread to think the potential damage and cost if I had stayed with them. Go to someone who knows what they're doing, your devices and data are too important to take chances with.

I have given my Dell laptop to get fixed in Feb first week. And after a week to analyse the issue, they gave me the quote and time 2-3 weeks to fix, however it has been 4 weeks and still they are getting the parts from overseas. This is very unprofessional, overpriced, and not responsible behaviour. I am still waiting for my laptop after 4 weeks.

The most unprofessional repair service I've ever encountered. Called in to get a quote. He told me that he would charge $30 for diagnosis. Fair enough. But when I asked him to give me a ballpark price, he was super rude. Mate, all I was asking is a price range, so I know if it's worth fixing or not. Really unprofessional

DONT GO! ALL THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. THEY TAKE 30$ ONLY TO CHECK YOUR LAPTOP AND THEN THEY GIVE YOU AN ABSURD PRICE SO THAT THEY MAKE 30$ FOR DOING NOTHING, THEY DONT EVEN CHECK YOUR LAPTOP

The attitude of the staff is very poor. I know what's the problem on my PC and I just need them to replace that part for me. However he said he didn't care what I thought and I must pay $30 first for them to check what's the problem and I couldn't intervene in anyway. He even said “if you already know the problem, go back and fix by yourself then”. By the way, last time their quoting for my phone's repair was $80 higher than other places I found.

You totally don't understand what I am complaining about. It is not about you need to do a test, it is not about how much you charged. Things about desktop PC is a collaboration between you and your customers. Adequate communication is necessary as people would have their special needs. No one should be isolated from the whole repair process. And remember you are nothing like the Apple Store, so trust doesn't exist in the first place, no one should trust you at first. It's upon your actions and choices to establish it with your customers and to earn it from your customers.

During my holidays my phone stopped working. Came back on Saturday at 5.45 pm and went to on the go to ask to fix my phone.
Really good service, he asked me to come back in 30 min.he checked what was the problem (screen and battery) and waited for my permission to then change both in less then 10 min.
Highly recommend. Really good value he gave me discount and screen protector for free.
Any issues I’m sure he will sort it out.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP AND SKILLS

Really friendly, prompt service! However I was told that to replace my Macbook screen it would cost $950 and that at Apple it would cost $1000-1200. Under Australian consumer law, warranty extends to 3 years meaning my service was free at Apple. If I were to pay, it would only be around $700.

Staff members were actually not bad, but they failed to install my screen protector properly. First, there are many glue residue on my phone, which is not a huge problem for me since i can scrape it off. However, there were several small bubbles in the middle of my screen which were minor but still annoying. My expectations were higher since they've done it many times and they couldn't do anything about my problem.
