I’ve been getting prints from these guys for a few years and they always offer fantastic service and beautiful quality products. They have helped out several times when some image quality hasn’t been great and yesterday I received a surprise extra print in my box after they pressed print twice! Fantastic customer service from the team at OnStone. We ordered on Tuesday and had our prints delivered by Thursday. Bec and Nick were also amazing at sorting out an my mistake at checkout so that I could use my gift voucher. The quality of the prints is excellent. Overall a great experience!

We received a gift card as a wedding gift many years ago and ordered a treasured photo of our special day. I loved the print, but it fell and broke a few years ago. I just re-ordered it as I found that I absolutely loved it and really missed having it. I hope the reprint turns out as beautiful as the original. I highly recommend On Stone for beautiful and unique heirloom pieces.

I've had a few Onstone prints made now and every time have been super impressed. It's a great gift, and they've gone out of their way to help. I requested a gift at 11pm one night, had a confirmation the next morning that it'd be underway and got the shipping notification to say it was on it's way the following day.
