The information, support and transition of our cPanel email to Office365 went swimmingly. Only minor issues to be sorted on the other side of the migration that were quickly resolved.

On-site are always very prompt and helpful with resolving issues we face. I am yet to approach them with an issue they haven’t been able to accommodate and resolve quickly. I mostly work with Nikki & she is always fantastic!

Autorola Australia has used the services of On Site Helper for a few years now and i could not recommend them more highly. Prompt and effective service to our business, with fast resolution of issues, pragmatic guidance and fixes, all done timely and without fuss.

We are a digital only business and with all staff operating remote they are able to conduct the fix remotely and have been effective solving PC, Tablet, Phone and connectivity issues.

I compliment Bostjan, who is my "go to" man for any issues and is really great to deal with.

Cannot highly recommend them all with a 10/10

I was impressed with the team's professional approach to solving our enquiries and helping us transition a domain across to another provider. Despite the fact they were losing our business, they remained professional and more than willing to help us with this process. Excellent communication and follow up.
