I have had dealings with Onside for the past few years, mostly as an advocate for my brother and my son.
Emma has been an incredible Support Coordinator. She is genuine, approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and even witty
I am incredibly grateful for Emma and Onside, I feel supported and understood.
Thank you Emma for providing such amazing TLC to us and helping ease the stress of juggling multiple plans, individual needs and life in general.

Nathan Ng is brilliant at his job. Very efficient and knows how to connect you to different services/providers. Have recommended him to 3 new clients. Finally someone who knows what they’re doing!

Terrible communication at returning calls or following issues up, constant change of workers would not recommend at all

This company allowed another company (One Good Day) to use their registration with NDIS to bill before a schedule of supports was ever signed. While I'm unaware if it's even legal to use another companies registration in this way, it's surely not legal to breach consumer law and NDIS guidelines in billing without a schedule of supports. Absolute nightmare trying to get a refund and my support coordinator budget unallocated from One Good Day / OnSide.

Worst support coordination service.
We have faced and facing alot of problems. Faiza is our support coordinator and we are not happy with her, she is very unprofessional and talks aggressively sometimes. Not helpful at all. Support worker never shows up on time with an same excuse of road accidents. Everytime I open the door I have to see new faces of support worker, they keep changing everyday, it doesn’t feel comfortable and safe to invite everytime new person to my home. I also tell this to my support coordinator Faiza but she didn’t helped.
Also The support worker provider Melany never answer the our call and reply backs to our messages.
I am definitely not happy with the service.

I have been with OnSide since my NDIS plan started about 3 years ago.
I only had the one worker Helen and she was outstanding.
She always had my best interest at heart and always went the extra mile to make sure I get the support I need.
She has always been down to earth and I trusted her.
I didn't feel like she was just trying to screw me over to get as much funding for herself.
I feel she actually really cares about me as a person and wants me to success in what I choose to do in my life.
Unfortunately Helen is now leaving and to tell you the truth I don't think I could find anyone as lovley as she was to me.
I going to really miss her.
I'm anxious about who will support me next.
However Helen has said there are some really good people who are as lovely as her.

recommend always very efficient and on-time with emails and phone calls always keeps me updated with progress and very happy just Fantastic. Couldn't be happier with her performance and dedication. She has a charming and friendly attitude.

The Care coordinator has been exceptional. Right from the start she did the background work on Jordan and made very good contact with Jordan via Zoom. Jades completion of Jordan’s NDIS plan was very thorough and creative. Jade continues to listen to Jordan and all of the important people in Jordans life and has a good overview of the big picture for Jordan as well as the small things that make Jordans walk into independence less challenging. As allied health professionals, working with Support Coordinators are an integral part of the work that we do to ensure the best outcomes for the individuals we support. Onside have a fabulous team, who go above and beyond to support participants as well as communicate with other key stakeholders involved in one's care.

My Support Coordinator Sonia is amazing I have been working with Sonia for 2 years now. Onside have a fabulous team that really go above and beyond to help individuals. Sonia is so knowledgeable and really understands our family situation. Working with On-side team has been an absolute pleasure. In the NDIS world, it has rare to find Support Coordinators who truly embody the term going the extra mile. With On-side it is certainly not a cliché, we have participants represented by both Jason and Mary-Lou. They have not only coordinated, but they have also advocated and championed great outcomes for these participants.

I would have to say the most recent meeting my family has had would be yet another, if not even more thorough than I've experienced. Many areas of assistance were covered and the results, within a week, were outstanding. Some neglected areas had slipped through the cracks previously, and these were followed up through that week! Emails sent to us rapidly and other inquiries followed up and not forgotten. Some research was done to assist us also, which surprised me, but certainly very appreciated, as we have done much ourselves for many years and we are both exhausted mentally and physically. So this recent help is a breath of Fresh Air! THANKYOU
