I was highly recommended Vince as a building inspector by a friend and I can see why. I contracted Vince for multiple building and pest inspections and was always happy with the services. After finding our dream home we came to a verbal agreement on price with the vendor at 1pm on a Friday. I wanted to get the contracts signed that day to avoid anyone else snapping it up during the open homes over the weekend, but still wanted to get a building inspection done first. After ringing around several inspection companies I was lucky to find Vince. He very kindly agreed to do an inspection that night at 5pm. I attended onsite towards the end of the inspection and Vince walked me through everything he had found. Based on the inspection we were then able to negotiate the price down an additional $20K.
