Only About Children Brighton East

I am so grateful to OAC Brighton East for the care they provide my 5 month old. I was initially anxious about sending him to daycare so young but I was immediately put at ease once we started at OAC. The staff are all amazing and take such good care of him and he lights up when he sees them:). The updates they provide throughout the day are very detailed and it’s lovely to see him having fun and getting such loving care when I’m at work.

Great educators, staff and campus director is amazing. Our son loves going to this place and will miss everyone here once we move out of this neighbourhood in a months time. Peronal thanks to entire team at OAC Brighton East and Family support Team in supporing our child for the last 16 months.

Bec and all the staff have been very friendly and accommodating to our family. The facility has easy parking for pickup/drop off.

Could not have asked for a better transition and start into a new daycare. From the start of enquiry all the way through to orientation and the first six months, Oac has been great at every step of the way. I love getting updates to see and read what my girls have been up to all day as well as the updates on the routine part of the day so I can see when they have had meals, naps and nappy changes (for my little one). Bec, the campus director leads such a great group of passionate educators who love what they do and the program offers such great educational and fun plans throughout the day. My youngest loves her food and she has never been happier eating all the deliciously well-balanced and beautifully cooked meals by Martin and the team! I have seen such a positive change in my girls since they commenced full time care, the bonds they have made with the educators/teachers and children has been so lovely to see. Knowing that the care I would have provided for my girls is being continued during their days spent at Oac offers me such great peace of mind. Thanks OAC Brighton East! We love daycare days!

Our child's experience of starting daycare has been terrific thanks to the team at OAC Brighton East. Bec, the campus director, and the Nursery team are wonderful - attentive and so caring.

We have 2 children that love attending the OAC Brighton East campus. My youngest has only been going for a couple months but has already settled in very nicely with the super friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend sending any child to this campus. I have particularly been impressed how they have handled the last 1.5 years, through this difficult time of the pandemic. Thanks again to all the staff!:)

The team the communication and the quick call to action about any issues that may arise. OAC Brighton East is such an amazing centre they are all about the children Especially in the middle of the pandemic OAC as a business saw the struggles many were facing and took action. Never once do you feel like you're not apart of the OAC community or that it's to much trouble whenever you ask questions or raise concerns. Whenever I bring up a concern.action is taken the same day and not only do they lnclude new solutions to just one child they see the benefit for one and include everyone so no one ever feels excluded. This daycare is amazing. OAC believe
that children have a voice and they help raise children to be confident individuals that show respect for everyone including themselves

After moving from Sydney to Melbourne during a lockdown, this place has been an absolute Treasure to work at and has given me my love for childcare back. The way the staff treat each other is like we are one big family. And the love all of the staff have for the children within our care is absolutely outstanding. If I had children I would definitely be sending them here

I have been requesting information on the day to day and information on certain events, specifically for my child, was cooperative until change of director, now non-responsive and flat out ignoring my requests. Not very helpful at all.

Be warned: this daycare costs $157 a day! For that kind of cost, u would expect all the bells, whistles and more. Nup. Very mediocre atmosphere. I can’t believe in this day and age when we are all struggling to go back to work because of the already outrageous $120-$125 a day average to put your kids into daycare, this daycare wants to bleed people that much further with no shame whatsoever. Oh the best part, they don’t do any concession for holidays, they want nearly $3,000 upfront in deposit (!) and they want you to give a whopping 6 weeks notice to take them out of care. Who are these people? Seriously, self-entitled.

This place has zero to no permanent staff, I would never leave my children in a unsafe environment!
This place is Honnestly horrible!
Wouldn’t even know who the director is as she hasn’t bothered to Introduce herself when you walk into the centre.
Children get left unattended all the time.
