Only About Children Berwick

Absolutely fantastic childcare. I have had my daughter in there since she was 4 months old, now two years old and I could not fault the team at OAC Berwick. Supportive, communicates well, really makes things special and even goes above and beyond with extra request. Such as asking to help my daughter make a card for her dad or paint something to give to her grandparents. They helped with my anxiety to safety during covid and keeping our little one safe. 100% would recommend.

We’ve been sending our children to Only About Children Berwick for 3 years now. The centre is our second home, the educators are incredible, they all go above and beyond in looking after and teaching our kids, always catering to their individual needs.
The centre is well set out with a big open outdoor area that we knew would suit our boys perfectly.
The communication is excellent, with daily updates and individual performance plans.
We’ll be sad to leave when our youngest outgrow OAC and will miss the amazing team so much!

I’ve sent all three of my children to this centre and would highly recommend it. If you’re searching for a smaller centre, with a warm and nurturing feel to it, this is the perfect place. The staff are so warm and friendly, and really put in the highest standard of care for your little ones to help give them the best start in their preschool years

Oac in Berwick has been a wonderful place for our son to grow and learn. He has transitioned from the nursery to the toddler room over the years and we have felt very involved and included within what is happening day to day. He is a shy and reserved little boy but he absolute blossoms with his educators and friends at this campus. Any issues easily resolved (which there hasn’t been many) and the team always make time if you want to check in and get some more feedback. Regular educators also meant our son could really bond with and make real relationships with people that looked after him. We are so grateful we found this place!

I cannot recommend OAC Berwick enough, to not have to ever worry and know that not only is your child cared for but they are excited to go to care and love telling you the stories about how much fun they have is the best feeling, being full time working parents who want the best for our kids, OAC has been the best decision we have made. The staff are friendly and caring and always present and treat each child as individuals - love love love this place!

My Son has been going to this centre for almost 12 months and I couldn't speak highly enough of every single one of the careers that work here. My Son has Autisim and they have always gone above to accommodate him and his needs. He has truly blossomed since starting here at OAC.it is the second centre he has been at the first one he absolutely hated but at OAC Berwick he loves every single person on staff from the careers to managment to the kitchen staff.

Highly highly recommend.

If you love your child don't send to this place. Educators are rude and they have their own favourite kids. Manager and the assistance are not approachable if their is any issue arises. They become very aggressive and do not accept any issues of the centre. Simply educators do not care about other kids except their own kids.

I was fortunate enough to spend some time at Journey with my daughter, unfortunately we have moved interstate and it is hard to find a centre so homely and welcoming. The educators feel like family, when we walked in for the first time we immediately felt comfort. Thank you to you all for being so wonderful to us for the short time we were there

I have enjoyed seeing the growth my daughter has made since being here. The ladies are so fantastic and my all my daughter does is talk about them and what they did during the day.
I also love getting emails to see what she did during the day.
They have an amazing outdoor area for all learning aspects such as climbing, building, playing and making friends.
Every morning you when you walk in you get a warm welcome from everyone. I wish we were still there but we had to move as my partner got a job in sast Gippsland.and i found it so hard putting my baby in another centre

I want to thank each and everyone in the Berwick Journey Early Learning centre for the amazing care you've given to both my boys in the last 2 months.

You know that a child loves where they go and who they are with when you hear them talk about it at the end of their day. You've taught them so much already and I can see the sincerity of both their love for you and yours for them.

As a mum that has spent so many years with them at home, nothing makes me happier now knowing they are still very much loved in their day and well taken care of!

We looked at a lot of centres in the area and took the time to make our decision. We are so happy with the decision to choose Journey Early Learning Berwick. The staff are fantastic and the communication is excellent. My child would attend every day if he could.

Not recommend at all. Poorly managed and money grabber business.
Parents made complaint to department for children injury, poor management issues and billing issues etc. Whether parents will get their deposit back or not are depend on manager's mood and her personal preference.

Warm and Welcoming staff! Cannot recommend enough. I always feel comfortable dropping my baby off to this centre! The open communication is great and I feel in the loop with even the littlest things I miss during the day!

Can't recommend it enough. Great service! If you want a homely atmosphere for your child, definitely visit this centre
