Excellent to deal with. Great quality product - I ordered my GPS tracking system and a few days later it was installed. Has been working perfectly ever since. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I had to put a one star to write this, the experience I've had is a nightmare and other mates that had their GPS tracker installed by these guys would agree that the service is unprofessional and expensive, eg, I had a Gps installed in the machine about 12 months ago working on a 2g network, then 6 - 12 months later was told I would need to change the the device to a 3G network which meant that I would have to pay an additional $200-$250 cash on top of the $500 that I payed last year, any how had the new device installed paid the additional $200 to a 3G network pretty much from that day it was a dud, it would not alert me if machine was gone, then when I rang the technician and the technical support they said the device is working fine, I persisted that the device was tracking BUT not giving my phone alerts as it should with the previous one, this went on for at least 3 months, keep getting the run around saying that they are working on it, it will be up and running in no time, 3 months I finally got sick and tired for paying for a device that was not working fully so I asked for credit on the device or a part refund in which they angrily refused, then when I told them to cancel my account they used bully tactics threatening me with months of unpaid bills which was all lies, and they had advice debt collectors agency on $16.50,
My advice DO NOT get a GPS tracker installed by Onex you will get burnt. 14//08/2016
