Arrived at venue on time and was greeted by a friendly staff member, took our details helped park our van and told us expected completion time. Shortly received a call, van was ready and when we returned repair was explained. A thorough good customer service was provided. If you need help these are the guys.

Great shop with heaps of supplies. Friendly and helpful vibe too. Buying stuff for caravans online can be tricky. I much prefer to go to a bricks and mortar store like this one so I can see the stuff I'm buying.

I don’t normally write reviews because I think a business or individual should always complete satisfactorily the task or service they are being paid for, however, after a careless action on my part, my caravan sustained significant damage and threatened to derail our planned family holiday. Family members were joining us from interstate, three weeks caravan park fees were paid and my wife was keen to have a family holiday as she has serious health issues. Accident occurred on 26/10/22, all repairers I spoke to said they were unable to look at the job until March or thereabouts. I spoke to Neil at One Stop and explained my predicament to him and without hesitation he said, “We are very busy but under the circumstances we will squeeze you in. ” Today I picked up my fully repaired van, new panels, window, checkerplating, awning etc. The van looks brand new again, complete with new decals. I am absolutely thrilled to recommend this company and Neil and Linda and staff for their outstanding service. Thank you very much guys for enabling us to have an important family holiday. You have all gone above and beyond normal service!

Great place to go for your caravan spares and services. Small workshop and store but has everything you may need or can get it at reasonable prices

I had two bunk/DVD players problem I caused. I was very apprehensive the one refitment and a new replacement would be successful. With persistence and time I had two DVD's fitted and working at a moderate cost.
This was not my first visit to One Stop and again honesty, professional attitude/workmanship works for me.

I desperately needed an AL-KO tow ball ASAP but they didn’t have one in stock. As an interim solution, I purchase one from a different manufacturer which they allowed me to bring back & swap for the AL-KO one when stock finally arrived. They even fitted it for me as well. It’s rare to find great service like this that goes above & beyond!

Had our jayco discovery serviced and new awning fitted fantastic job done by all very easy to deal with every thing was checked and any faults rectified this is the place to go to for your van service and repairs
