I was looking for some things for my son, bit difficult to find but the owner was helpful, as I didn't really know what I was looking for.

The owner is very friendly. The place is a bit small and there's only one elevator take you there, which is pretty old already. However, they do offer a adequate range of goods for any anime fan out there

It was ok, it is quite small and probably shouldn't be the first thing that comes up when anime in melbourne is searched.
