One Hot Yoga

Both Daisy and Michelle are especially amazing at teaching yoga and creating a beautiful environment for your practise. I wish I could give more stars!

I adore this studio. I've been a member for over 5 years. Teachers are all brilliant, consistent and keep things new and interesting. I have always felt comfortable at this studio and the teachers are super attentive -especially in regards to injuries, limitations and pregnancy.

The service here was shocking. I booked a class for 12: 00 and pre payed $50. I arrived at 12: 03 and it was locked. I knocked on the clear door but got no response and reception was unattended. There was a phone number to call for when the door is locked and it went unanswered. At the side window I got the instructors attention and pointed to the door but he simply shook his head, waved his hand and walked away. I’ve left a message to get a refund or credit note.

Teachers are amazing, friendly and it is a community like environment. I've been attending for almost 10 years and it's always been a retreat for me. The place feels like a spa. Now that I'm pregnant, they are being more than accomedating and have trained specialist who can help me through my journey and create a positive experience for me.

I’m from Sydney and here to do the marathon this Sunday and wished to book some yoga sessions and reformer Pilates and don’t wish to open membership.

I’ve left 4 messages and tried to book some classes online but was unable to as needed to purchase a package

Is there any other way out of this pls to obtain some sessions?

Really good Yoga studio。Wonderful teachers with clear and professional instructions, clean environment (no sweaty smell), easy parking. Lucky to find this place during my stay in Melbourne. Morning practice now becomes to the routine work even left. Will definitely come back again.

So far my favourite studio in Melbourne. Instructors are awesome - friendly, professional and encouraging. They provide a wide variety of classes, and each instructor has their own style. Staying active is much easier and much more fun. It’s beginner friendly as well, many modifications are available to suit different levels.

I love this studio! All the instructors are very friendly with good knowledge! The place is always clean with a nice vibe. I loooove the hot room either for a yoga class or a sweaty mat pilates. I highly recommend it:)

I paid for a workshop at the end of May 2021. We had Covid so understandably this didn't go ahead. However, have emailed a couple of times now to see if this would be rescheduled and no reply. Have just rang and was hanged up on. Not a lot of hope that I'll get a reply at this rate: - (

I joined for a month. They took my credit card and kept charging my credit card for 4 months. I asked them several times to stop the auto debit. There is no option in the app or online account to stop these payments. I had to call the bank and block these charges.
Beware guys, never give your credit card details. They use ezi debit which is notorious for illegal and unauthorised charging and debit of your account.

All teachers are lovely and kind and their directions are clear, helpful and powerful. The studio is always clean. There are lots of classes help me to choose one even when it’s busy.

I did a 21 day trial here and really enjoyed it. The place itself is lovely, although the changing rooms are small and the water pressure in the showers is not great. The teachers are very nice and classes not overcrowded, but I didn’t feel very challenged by most of the classes.

Best yoga studio I’ve been to! Been doing yoga & pilates here for over 5 years and look forward to every visit. Teachers are great and the timetable is amazing!

Phenomenal sweaty bootcamp style vinyasa classes! Teachers are amazing that you want to shower them with gifts for they really have an impact on transforming your energy through their incredible classes and creative sequences. Each teacher is quite unique in their style and approach to teaching, but a fantastic team. Milda, Hailey, Lucy, Kristian, Nour- they all make you feel welcome and are compassionate. BEST YOGA STUDIO IN MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA in the south eastern suburbs hands down.

One Hot Yoga is a fantastic yoga studio. The facilities are amazing in both the Pilates and Yoga studios. The environment is supportive and nurturing and I have been able to learn and develop my yoga practice so much since I started here, back in October. I would highly recommend their first month hot mat trial for people who would like to experience the studio for themselves.

Love love LOVE this space! This is my little hide out, where it is my own time to myself, to relax and rejuvenate - definitely a big part of my day each week. Amazing instructors, amazing interiors. Thank you, One Hot Yoga.

Wow! One Hot Yoga South Yarra- well done! This place is great, unfortunately my time there has ended. But I loved it! The facilities, instructors and classes as a whole made for a really enjoyable experience.

The best hot yoga studio. Great natural lighting, studios stay their temperature yet also have flowing air so it doesn't get smelly like some yoga studios do. Lockers and showers. All the teachers are phenomenal! Well priced and flexible class block options. The app makes managing classes so easy!

Best hot yoga studio i've experienced! Such a perfect space to learn and develop my yoga skills, with such supportive teachers - I feel great after going to class twice a week. And managing my class schedule on their app makes it so easy to fit into a generally busy week. Thank you One!

This studio is actually the best! They have so many different classes and times to choose from so that I'm always able to fit a session in! The instructors are all so lovely and knowledgeable. I know that I'm always going to work hard in every class and they are always there to help! I don't even live that close to the studio but it's worth the drive! I'm addicted!
