One Fusion

What a great place to eat! We ordered lots of different things from the menu. My favourite was the Beetroot, Gorgonzola cheese & Walnut Arancini. I will definitely come back here. The service is fantastic and it has a cool vibe.

Nice variety of food to choose from on the menu and was very reasonably priced. Service and staff were very accommodating and friendly. The food was thoroughly delicious, well presented and fresh. The chorizo pizza was AMAZING definitely worth a try. Can’t wait to go back!

We had my wife’s 50th birthday and everything from the initial organization to the end, they were amazing, professional and the food and service was hands down the best we had experienced in a long time. I recently had the pleasure of hosting a staff function at One Fusion, and I can't rave enough about the fantastic experience!

The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, showing remarkable flexibility throughout our visit. What truly stood out was the personal touch; the manager, Paul, took the time to check in on us, ensuring we were having a great time.

The personalised cocktail list added a delightful touch to our evening, and the private room we booked was modern and spacious, providing the perfect atmosphere for our gathering.

I highly recommend One Fusion for a memorable dining experience or as a venue for hosting private functions. A big thank you to Paul and the entire team for making our evening so enjoyable!

Every time I come to this area, this is the best restaurant that you can trust and enjoy the food and good behavior of the staff.

Went to have some dinner with a couple of friends, admittedly didn't have a booking however there was a large table that could have easily been broken up that wasn't booked however the wait staff had the attitude that it was clearly too hard to accommodate this. For a new establishment (and a venue which is clearly prone to failure having been countless different restaurants over the past few years), you'd expect that staff would want to at least help instead of having a sour look on their face.

Excellent, fast & friendly service. Huge drinks menu & wide ranging food menu. Can highly recommend their pizzas. Only downside was that is was little noisy. We had a great experience & will be back

Prosciutto and anchovies pizza was dry almoast without any cheese on it. Most of the breads they had were with rosemary, and Im allergic to it. No other option.
So, choice was limited.
But the stuff (young girl that served us was awesome)

Great food, freshly cooked and very tasty. We enjoyed the Meat Tower for 2 which was very good value for money. The ribs were falling off the bone & so very tasty and same with the chicken wings. Overall they offer a great menu and reasonably priced. We’ll definitely be back. (The photo doesn’t do it much justice b/c it’s taken from only one angle)

The food was excellent, I had the Pumpkin Risotto, which tasted fresh and surprisingly creamy in texture. All other dishes served looked good (Meatlovers Pizza, Chicken Parmigiana with Chips, and Porterhouse Steak with Gravy & Mash), were decent sizes and enjoyed by their respective diners. Cocktails (Strawberry Daiquiri & Elderflower Gin) were fresh and delightful, would love to work my way through the menu! The only reason for the four stars is atmosphere. The booth seating was comfortable, but in the middle of the restaurant & extra large for four people, so didn't feel cosy and intimate, But also, if going for a sports vibe, the tv wasn't loading the cricket, so not much to watch or get excited about. And wouldn't say it would cater well to young kids, but also, we didn't have any with us, so perhaps they have surprise activities or something for them? Just couldn't get a proper feeling for what they were aiming for as an "experience" I guess. But having said all that, would definitely go again, so maybe I'm just being picky.

I came here for the first time for a family catch up. About 24 of us, all our meals were delicious. Well priced. Very friendly staff and service was amazing. We will definitely be back again soon.

While the food and drinks are fantastic at One Fusion, what really makes this place outstanding is the staff.

Paul and the team have really put this place on the map.

The atmosphere is fantastic here and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to try.

Went here on my lunch break from work and ordered the beef ragu pasta. The food was delicious and the servers were very accommodating, even offerings to mention to the cooks that Im on a time limit to make sure my food came out quick. The only negative I have is that the music is slightly too loud for my taste. I can say the prices of the food are well worth it for what you get. Highly recommend.

Went to dinner Friday evening. 5 adults, meals were generous, good quality produce, very tasty and service was attentive. Background music volume was a bit loud, only negative for me. All in all, would recommend.

Had a conference recently and our staff were staying at the nearby QUEST. Decided to try One Fusion for the evening meal and found it to be terrific. Staff were excellent, food was complimented by everyone, beer choices were great. Our only comment would be more comfortable chairs, a couple of our members had sore backs by the end of the night. Anyway, thanks for looking after us, we will be back.

We celebrated my sons 13th birthday here with family. The food was outstanding!
The meat platter was great value, chicken skewers and vegetarian skewers were lovely, pizza’s fantastic, chicken wings delicious and my daughter and niece rated the biscoff dessert pizza A1! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Prices very reasonable. I really can’t fault our experience at all and my son said it was the best birthday ever! Thank you
