We absolutely love one early education and happy with the team's dedication, love and care. All the educators are so friendly and amazing with every single child. The centre itself has great resources and beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for children to explore and learn. The communication between management and parents is always clear and professional. Bottom line.everything good and I am happy as a parent.
Highly recommended

My 3 yr old daughter has been attending ONE since she was only 10 month.i found staff at One early very supportive and friendly. The centre is very nice and clean, has plenty of activities and toys but free of unnecessary clutter. The staff always supported me with variable pick up and drop timing since i m a shift worker. They always seemed supportive of cultural differences i may have when it comes to parenting. The food at the centre is good. And also sometimes when my daughter would refuse something they will offer her other alternative snacks etc.
Overall, very happy with the service. Have always recommended to friends and will recommend in future as well.

Going back to work, after having 2 years off on maternity leave. The fear for my son was real, the staff in his room were very supportive and happy to listen to any problems.
Now he has moved up to the pre kinder room, and the educators have done an excellent job. The plan the educators have set up has done a number of things for my child, 1.has improved his language and 2.he is starting to recognise his letters and numbers. 3. It is getting him ready for kindergarten next year.
He has also spent some time at home due to Covid, and the home learning experience that the educators set up and sent through was helpful and he has enjoyed doing them.

My son has attended one learn from the day it was first opened back in 2017. We have been extremely happy with all the staff and educators here. It is a very fostering environment and we have not looked back since then.

Teri loves going to daycare each day she looks forward to getting up for school. The staff are pleasant and really take the worry out of leaving my child there. The meals are made fresh each day and it’s a beautiful environment to be part of.

Our daughter has attended this centre for a few months now and the staff have been wonderful in attending to her more individualised needs, answering my questions and reponding to any concerns.
My daughter adores most of the staff she spends time with and is always smiling and happy when we come to pick her up.

Been really happy with the quality of education and care that has been provide by the educators. The children participate in numerous activities throughout the day as well as outdoor play. My little one really enjoys the yummy prepared morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Highly recommended.

Such a lovely centre. Have been sending my son here since he was about 10 months old. They have fantastic educational programs and staff are helpful, friendly and willing to work with families to ensure consistency is maintained at both the centre and at home.

Excellent childcare and excellent educators. My daughter is extremely well looked after by the amazing staff. I am confident I am leaving her in the most capable hands. The meals are well prepared and the curriculum is well planned out. The staff are very professional and the communication to parents is thorough.

Have had two children attend One Early Education Wollert.

Had I posted a review 12 months ago, it would have been 5 stars. A new centre with new facilities full of passionate, great staff and the kids, specifically the kinder kids, all thrived and developed into confident and school-ready little humans. The centre was well run, the education was planned and structured and the environment was stable.

Unfortunately, it has now developed into nothing but a subcontinent family daycare facility. There is no original staff. Directors change weekly. Qualified kinder teachers start and leave weeks later without notice, in between large periods of the role being vacant. It just remains in a constant flux of cheap, uncaring labour who for the most part cannot communicate effectively in the English language. Exactly what you don't want in an emergency situation

The excursions and incursions have all stopped. The children aren't learning anything. Just a babysitting facility. There's no effort from staff to communicate or want to communicate with parents around how their child is doing or what they are enjoying throughout the day. Just a lot of sad, miserable faces in the mornings, from both children and staff. Heck, even the bowl of fruit the kids used to love picking on their way out was replaced with a bowl of tepid water and sliced apples. Seemingly, apples at $2 a kg was seen as a controllable cost and needed to be amended.

Something is rotten at the top here and whoever is driving this place into the ground should carry a burden of shame in how easily they turned an amazing place into a dump in the space of 12 months. It takes an incredible effort to undo a lot of things that were done right to begin with. Well done. Chuck it on your CV as a key achievement.

Its the children who suffer when you can't sort out your own internal drama/politics/staffing, whatever it is. The time when their brains are ready to soak up as much as you can throw at them and potentially shape their behaviour for their coming years, and they're stuck with a revolving door of unfamiliar faces who are offering nothing other than keeping them alive whilst they're there. Look elsewhere.

Me and my daughter (2 ½ years) went to the first orientation on 5th February 2019 around 2.30pm Wollert centre. There was a lady in the reception and she acted like very busy. Not even greeted us well and she asked the reason we came. So I told we came for the orientation then she took us to one of the toddler room and show us to the staff member who was in the room. Then she asked my daughter‘s name and gave some colour pencils to draw and she disappeared. After that no one care about us. Any of the staff members not even talked to my daughter and welcome her. She just played with the toys by her own and I looked after her. They all busy.
During that time I heard one staff member yelled to a kid two times. Also in sand pit kids were playing and no one was there to look after them. Then after few minutes one kid put sand on another little girl’s hair. After that girl started crying only staff realised the situation. I saw one staff member who looking after the kids in outside not even stand up; she just sat on the bench and relax. A little boy was wearing a hat (I think not belongs to him) and he also got a hat in his hand. A staff member came and took the hat on head from that boy and wears it to another kid. Then the little boy didn’t have a hat on his head.
They started clean the room and toys few minutes after I entered and not allowed to kids to come inside. Another little girl carried her bag and walked around the room saying she wants her mom. No one looking at her.
Again I saw the Lady who was in the reception came and ask whether they have any extra staff to go to another room. That day they short in staff and kids were suffering.
I was there nearly an hour and no one talked to me. But they got a very nice printed paper as orientation checklist and paper work. Finally I left the room and the centre with my daughter and no one even noticed.
I am never leaving my kid with them.

Excellent Friendly Staff and Great Food. My daughter is always playing and happy when I got to Pick her up. Her teachers are lovely, friendly most of the time smiling and create good environment for Kids. One less star is for administration and management as little bit work require at there end. I feel like They didn't educate parent on the app and new stuff until parents contact them self after hearing from others. Induction require some work too as due to lack of information for little things every time I have to call the center.

My son attends this centre and has since it first opened. The ladies there are super lovely and the chef makes the best food! They eat so well there. The facilities are really nice too. My son is happy there and has made some little friends. Thank you One Early Education.

Good and professional staff. Happy to help out in anyway. The kitchen staff do great fresh and healthy foods for the kids. Great playing equipment my daughter loves to play on. Highly recommended childcare.

I picked up my daughter and she was crying and really upset. When I asked the educator she said “I’m not sure what happened with your daughter, I have only been in the room for a minute”. Moments later my daughter tells me that the teacher yelled at her badly. When I went back to the educator her reply was “oh yeah I did tell her off”. She lied to me thinking my daughter wasn’t capable of speaking and telling me what happened. And instead of apologising for lying their area manager said “the educator lied because she felt she was intimidated by you”. I could never trust my child to attend somewhere that believes it’s okay to lie as a defence mechanism.
