Yesterday I enjoyed a morning massage with Sre that friends had gifted me for my birthday. I arrived open to this first-time experience of a Marma massage ayurveda treatment. Sre had a way of holding the energetic space so that I could let go completely. I felt revitalised and rejuvenated at the end of our session together. After our session, when I opened my eyes, I loved seeing the beautiful indoor plants around me and returning to their clear, light-filled room. I also enjoyed the replenishing ayurvedic tea and felt ready to meet the rest of my day with vitality.

Sre is just incredible! This was the first time I have had an Abhyanga massage and it was just amazing. I can not recommend him highly enough. Sre was recommended by my friend and I’m so glad I tried this massage. I will be going back again next month. Absolute must!

I had the most beuatiful experience with Sri for my first ever abhyanga and shirodhara treatment. Sri was warm and welcoming, clearly explained the process and gave me great advice for aftercare. During treatment I felt so relaxed, I even nodded off at one point. I will most definitely be back for another treatment and I also purchased an Ayurvedic Tea which I'm really enjoying.
