If I could give 0 stars I would…

Took my full payment for hire and could not provide a refund of any of my money during COVID lockdowns in May.

Gives a “credit” to people so that you are sucked in and you never get your money back even though lockdowns and cancellations are out of everybodys control.

You didn’t provide any service to be entitled to keep MY money.

Shocking customer service with no compassion or care during a difficult time.

Best hire company. So professional and lovely, they came on time for the drop off the items and pick of the items. Tim especially was so helpful when I enquired and was so quick to get back to me each time. Best of all, their items were clean and super beautiful.
I highly recommend their service!:)

From the first email we sent, One Big Day Event hire was a pleasure to work with. They are prompt with responses and have a great selection of products to choose from. We hired the circle green wall, cake stands and plinths for our engagement party and they looked amazing. They delivered and picked up within the timeframes they specified and the whole process was just seamless. We will 100% be using them again and recommending them to everyone!

I hired a range of giant games for my office Christmas party. One Big Day did a great job - they were super easy to deal with and the experience was totally hassle-free. My colleagues had a great time with the giant jenga, connect 4 and flamingo toss. Highly recommended!

Such an amazing company! Communication was so easy and just made our wedding hassle free. They did a wonderful job setting up lights in our venue and the golden Tiffany chairs were so beautiful in the setting. Can't recommend them enough.

Tim, Cheryl and the team are a fantastic bunch to deal with - cannot recommend them highly enough! We used the circle arbour, gold Tiffany chairs and wine barrels in a garden setting for our wedding and they looked magical.

Fantastic service, really helpful with great creative advice, and the velvet armchairs and love seat, gold tiffany chairs and wooden trestle tables looked incredibly cool. We absolutely loved what we were able to create for our Wedding with One Big Day Event Hire. It was totally worth the extra (though very reasonable) cost of transporting from Melton to the Mornington Peninsula. Highly recommend!

We recently hired Gold Tiffany Chairs for our wedding on 23 February at Aerial and while I was initially reluctant to hire chairs, when I saw them on the day I was so glad that we went ahead with it. The chairs added a touch of class and elegance that I do not think we would have otherwise had.
