4Treats staff life garbage. Managers are horrible and this place needs investigating by fair work. All the staff are miserable and they have a huge turn over of staff. Many unethically fired.
The only good thing about this company is the people that make you the booking with the interpreter - the customer service officers. Most Interpreters at On call, in general (as I have spoken with a few different ones), are completely unprofessional! I have had interpreters dropping suddenly from the line, others asking me to contact the customer service representative to organise another appointment as they can’t go ahead due to other commitments and other interpreters DRIVING while working. Completely dissatisfied with this company, would definitely not recommended to anyone. There is no quality in the services that they offer, at all!
I believe oncall interpreters and translators is one of the best employer I have ever worked for I am so happy I have been working for this agency
It's good to have a facility like this but it's not best practice by any means
