I put a couture dress/gown in the washing machine and ruined it. Tony is the absolute best human in my world! I have been a customer for years, service and speed is excellent. I have it picked up weekly and have had nothing but fantastic quality and pressing is very good too. Well above others I've used and its really hard to find a top of the range dry cleaner so I'm not going anywhere else.

This is by far the best dry cleaners I have been to. The staff are generally kind-hearted, caring and generous people who always go above and beyond. I took a pair of linen trousers in to be dry cleaned and when I came to pick them up, I noticed the team had kindly sewed on a button that was missing from the pants. This was such a kind gesture they did without any additional charge. On top of that I took my brown suede jacket in to be cleaned and unfortunately, I couldn’t pay to get it properly cleaned as the process was expensive and time consuming. However, this kind man decided to give it a quick steam for me on the spot completely free of charge and gave me advice on how to take care of it. This is the level of service and kindness to expect when visiting this family owned business. Thank you so much for your lovely service and I look forward to using you guys again in the future:)

Recently brought a lovely pair of trousers and a white top, on the day I wore these I spilt carnex lip balm all over them. I tried to get the stain out myself but was unsuccessful, especially on the white top you could see the lip balm stain took me a whole day trying to remove it and eventually gave up. I took my clothes here after reading such amazing reviews and honestly they did a great job. When I got my items back they looked brand new like I has just brought them again. Also the stain on the white top was gone, which made me soo so happy. Very hard to find good white tops and when I do I cherish them so much

The staff at on the spot are so lovely and they do an excellent job. They removed red wines stains from my linen couch cover which I was expecting to be an impossible job. Tony even call me after picking it up to check the the cover fit back nicely on the couch. Highly recommend, very professional service

Best Dry Cleaners in the business by far.my bag of laundry was in a right state of affairs, the smell absolutely horrendous, my wife didn't want to go anywhere near it, & i don't blame her. George & his team went above & beyond "just leave it with us " he said.well ill be blown, everything clean & fresh as a new pin, shirts all pressed to perfection & individually bagged, socks & jocks sorted & pants pressed & on hangers. WOW takes the stress out of doing the laundry & very reasonably priced.will be using On The Spot from now on.thank you guys.

Your expensive designer clothing is in safe hands at On The Spot. I had some high end clothing that had been rescued from a fire but was very smokey and sooty. They cleaned each item (suit, ties, trousers, jacket) a number of times to get rid of the grime and the smell and took extra special care of one jacket that needed a label removed pre-cleaning and re-attached post-cleaning. They only took a few days to do all this and then messaged me to let me know it was ready. Friendly, professional service at a very reasonable and fair price. I highly recommend On The Spot.

Took a white top in that was starting to be grey and had a stain. They made it like brand new again. They are always so friendly. Highly recommend.

“Thank you guys so much”:) I had terrible chilli oil stains on a dress made out of jersey fabric which I could not get out in the wash. The care label said “do not dry clean” but I decided to ask the team here if there was anything they could do and they got it all out! Without a trace! Plus I had some cotton and linen fabrics that needed a press and they turned out beautifully! Saved me so much time and effort

This team is terrific, 24 hour pick up and soooo careful with some old worn treasures I entrusted to them after a good talk about what was needed. And any little thing I may have left in a pocket is attached to the clothing when I pick up. Use them for all my business clothing. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Had a coat to clean in very short time and the team came through in a few hours as promised. Awesome service, highly recommended
