Ordered an exhaust from these guys recently and had it shipped up to Brissy. They were always willing to talk/email me whenever I had questions. Did not make me feel pressured to buy anything. Gave me a bunch of delivery options. Delivered the exhaust exactly as described.

Will definitely be buying from them again in due course.

From my experience, OTR Motorsports is a tuner/parts shop where you find exceptional professionalism and customer service. As soon as you start talking to either Roy and Johnny, you know you are in for a treat!

They are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They patiently answered all my questions (trust me, I have a ton!) and they happily explained all options’ pros and cons. They are not pushy and they only recommend what best for your need and your car, not them. I genuinely have learned a lot and had such a good time chatting with them.

I did my car inspection, lower spring and rear spoiler installation there. Their work is detailed, clean and so much attention to detail. They carefully listened to my concerns and paid extra attention to make sure checking everything I brought up to give me that peace of mind.

I know cost of the craftsmanship can be a little subjective, but with the quality and result I got, I genuinely feel like it’s a bargain!

Anyway, thank you so much for your great work, Roy and Johnny! Your quality service is much appreciated and even inspiring! As someone who is fussy and love his car like his baby, I am really glad I found you guys! OTR motorsports will always be my go to place for all my car work! Only if I can give 6 stars!

On the run motorsports really went out of their way to help me lower my car (is350). The customer service was outstanding and the coilover install was literally perfect, they tidied up everything for me and i honestly recommended anyone to please go to them, they are amazing

Johnny and Roy at OTR are the best in the business. They were really thorough in the repair of my girlfriend's gearbox, and gave updates every opportunity. I would recommend anyone that needs repairs on their japanese or european pride and joy.

Had a very specific item I was after (Genuine Rays spoke decal). The process was seamless, from ordering to interstate shipping. Very happy with the product and process.

Johnny was amazingly helpful with advice on what offset to get that would fit my car. Obviously, I don't know too much and trusted in his experience and know how. Got the wheels I wanted in earlier than expected (did expect some covid delays) and also got a decent recommendation & price on kw coilovers.

When I picked up the wheels, only 2 would fit in my cad and Johnny even offered to deliver the other two to me on his way home. Truly a gentleman with A+ customer service. You won't be sorry dealing with OTR.
