Reliable, fair price and great work. Flyscreens look amazing. I called up and got a price over the phone for 6 white aluminium frame and fibreglass mesh window flyscreens and the price was very reasonable and booked in for on-site measure, supply and install and was done in no time at all. Josh was great to deal with. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

Very disappointed.appointment was made over 3 weeks ago with the promise that the fly screens will be made on site on the day.had to reschedule work commitments to fit the appointment.then receive a call 24 hours before to cancel as the staff member is not working on that day! Imagine if the client did that to the business!

These guys were great - every person I came into contact with was helpful, friendly and gave great service. I was quoted so much more at other places, and Simon gave me honest advice, worked out a way of giving me totally cat proof window screens, within my budget. And they were ready the same day. Will use again, thanks guys. My two very tenacious cats can't get out, and the screens look great.

I actually can't believe how amazing these guys were. I was quoted $300 at another place for the screen and Simon here made it for me for $50 and it was ready in 15 minutes.

Be even offered to drop it off to my place! I would give these guys 10stars it I could. Being in customer service myself, i is not often I meet people with the same passion for helping others like this. Great work Simon James and the gang!

Anthony arrived a bit late due to traffic, but stayed extra and completed a very difficult job in Christmas Eve. I was very grateful and happy to recommend again, but make sure to ask for Anthony. The proprietors need to to a better job dispatching, and making it easy for a customer to reach a scheduled contractor in case, like Anthony, they are late. Giving our a mobile - rather than fixed line to office that goes to vmail - is standard practice.

Just had new screens put through the whole house. 1 visist to measure it all up and then came back a week or so later and installed all the new screens. Perfect job they look and fit great! Very happy. Thank you!

Highly recommend. We just got our whole house fitted with winders and flyscreens. Too easy. Just need to be mindful of the metal dropping that get left on the floor or driveway etc so no kids get hurt or flat tyres

Onsiteflyscreens was recommended by a Master Builder friend, and they were efficient and did a great job.
Their user-friendly website enabled me to plan my order, and communicate by email.
Anthony (eastern suburbs) kept everything neat and clean during and after installation.
They were easy to deal with and I was very happy with their service.

Unfortunately didn't have a good experience. Last minute reschedule the first appointment, which is understable, however failed to show up at last two rescheduled times and I had to initiate communication each time - no message to say not coming. Have given up and will try to find someone else.

Unreliable, turned up 6 hours late and then said they could complete the job on the day but would return with made up screens on another day, failed to turn up to that appointment not good enough!

Would highly recommend On Site Fly Screens, were very professional to deal with every step of the way, price was also very competitive and the new balcony door is just fantastic. Cliff did a really great job in under his quoted time - in the rain even!

I have never met anyone this rude. Don’t understand how people run business like that. Rocked up without notice then got told he would never come back if I didn’t let him in. I don’t think I would ever want to get serviced by you.
