We wanted to use local service for the works required for our house. After an online search, I found On Line Plumbing and contacted them. I was happy that they were able to come out quite quickly and were accommodating with the time, and any additional works needing to be done.

We had a few things that needed to be done and Steve was very efficient and also communicated well with what can be done, what should be done, costs, and what has been completed.

I contacted company this morning about leaking pipe in the front garden. Steve was with me within a hour and the the new piping was quickly installed. Steve was very friendly, provided excellent service. I would highly recommend him.

We had a wall-hung toilet that was coming away from the wall as it was not properly installed by another plumber -a very dangerous situation. Steve was able to visit urgently and worked out a solution to safely secure the toilet without needing to do extensive or expensive work/repairs - a huge relief! I called Steve to do the necessary preparatory work so a water check meter could be installed by Yarra Valley Water.

He came out, explained that he would investigate where the best place to install the meter would be, and at minimum cost to me. This included going under the house to check the water installation of the house.

He called back the next day and advised he could do it that day.

So I could not have asked for better service. One could tell he has years of experience with his approach to completing the work so quickly.

I called him after I’d made a mess of trying to fix a leaking toilet.
Steve was able to come around, identify the varied issues, and repair them all. He was prompt, courteous and absolutely knew his craft.
