Couldn't give 0 stars. Business guarantees to be there in 20 minutes, but takes 20 minutes for a technician to call you. Need to be more accountable to people and stop making promises that can't be kept.

Avoid this service, it is a scam! They quote one price and then charged another on the spot. Website advertised around $80. Took about an hour to arrive and charged me $300, saying that it was an unusually difficult lock. It took him less than a minute to open! He refused to invoice, instead saying there would be a discount if we bank transferred him, pretending it was a birthday gift. Clearly he doesn't want a record of his overcharging. I'll be reporting this service to the ombudsman.

Completely lie on the phone about the price. Will quote you $80 with no mention of it costing anymore then come out with excuses after the job is complete as to why it costs more, they give you that price then more than double it. Terrible dishonest company, avoid.

Terrible service! Total scam! Saw online $35 for a quick 15 minute call-out.
Quoted a starting price of $45 per lock on our front door.

Get a text at 4.40 - be there in 20 minutes.

Locksmiths rocks up @ 6.30 says the cost is $130 per lock - I say no thanks - he demands the call-out fee, even though they advertise free quote!

Needless to say I closed the door in his face while he stood there continuing to yell @ me!

I called @9am and still waiting at 10: 40 20 mins or less is a joke you guys need to update your your website to 60mins or more my insurance company was here in 20 mins

This is scam. You will call on the landline and they will forward your number to locksmiths in the area. I have received a call from a locksmith we agreed on $80 to open a door lock (pretty simple knob lock) as I forgot the key inside and lock the door. They guy came, first he said its main door lock not the room door (it was study door standard lock) then said price is $80 plus $35 as call out. I told him you did not mention that call out is on the top as we agreed on $80 for this job.
He started arguing that call out is obvious and always on the top what etc etc Now because he was already there and i did not have other option i need to pay what he demanded.
Stay away from this site and techs these guys forward for your job.

Called as my ignition was broken was told they could fix it. The locksmith called me at 3pm to say he was on his way, at 4pm I called to ask where he was, he said he was just leaving a job and was on his way. At 5pm he still hadn't arrived so I called again and he said he was just leaving Melton and would be at Footscray in 20 minutes (that's a 40 minute drive not in rush hour!) So I told him it was now dark and to come in the morning, he agreed and said he would be with me at 9: 30/10am. That time came and went so at 11: 15 I called him and he said his wife had to go out and he would be able to leave at 12. That time came and went also so at 1pm I text to cancel as I had now been waiting almost 24 hours for this company to come out when their website says 20 minute call out! What a joke! Every time I had to call the guy for an update at no point did he keep me informed as to what he was doing and he didn't reply to texts either. I'd stay clear of this place if you want a quick fix on your locks.

These guys were amazing, came out to within the hour, were professional, courteous and diligent. We can't thank them enough

I could literally write a whole book on everything that went wrong using this company… but all I’m going to say is, be aware of this company. They seem very dodgy. Just stick to hiring a local locksmith to your area, someone who isn’t a 3rd contractor to a company whose call Center sounds like they’re overseas somewhere. Worst experience ever.

I appreciate the lovely key replacement from this Locksmith Services. The cost is reasonable.

Charged significantly more than quote.
I asked for a quote over the phone and they quoted $80-$120, but once the locksmith opened my door he quoted $250. After negotiation, he lowered the price to $200 cash with no invoice.
He said I had a “high security” lock, but the technique he used to open the lock was with bump keys which is an old technique which works on conventional locks. It is a standard front door lock and only took him a couple of minutes.
When I tried to negotiate the price he threatened to lock me back out of my apartment.
Also the time estimate of 15-20 minutes was not correct. He arrived in 60 minutes.
I wouldn’t recommend them, and I would not trust the quote they provide.

Thank you Ross for the great service and quick response. I was locked out tonight due to problem with the mechanism of my door. I asked for a replacement service but turns out mine was a very uncommon mechanism. Even though I could not get the mechanism replaced tonight, Ross was helpful and efficient. He arrived within 30mins to open my lock. He also explained the whole situation to me and gave me very good advice. Price was also comparatively cheap. Highly recommended.

Wonderful communication and outstanding service. I texted about ordering a replacement car key for our vehicle. We have our key after one day. The cost was really reasonable – far lower than what the major dealer had originally suggested! I'm grateful.
