(Update on 12/01/2024)
Received my desk on 05/01/2024 after talking to the customer service. The customer service has made up a lot for the experience.

Placed my order on 20/11/2023 and was told that shipping confirmation will be sent in 5-14 days. But I only received my tracking number on 21/12/2023 after sending a couple of email and I still haven't received my table at this point of time. I understand that it will take a bit longer than usual as it is holiday season but it is taking way too long.

I got the Ascent desk with bamboo timber. It looks great. Really solid steel parts and very easy to put together. Great quality and the keypad to operate the up and down is easy to use. The movement is nice and quick. Very happy

Love my new Omnidesk every day, so beautiful and easy to use - I initially was worried the wooden surface will be easy to be scratched, but it is actually very tough. Highly recommended!

Bought recently, the desk its self is amazing looks nice and works well.the problems though is that at a sitting height there is a slight wobble, and if i slightly lean on the desk or even apply small amount of pressure on the desk i can see my monitor mount move, this should not happen with a so called "solid" top.

Omnidesk Ascent - Setup was super easy and will make moving the desk easy with the included tools. All the features such as the sit/stand reminders are quality features that really set this desk apart from the rest.

Got the desk option with the inset curve, having this while using the desk in standing mode is really comfortable and doesn't cut into your arms like other desks.

Also got the monitor arm add-on and it is just as good quality and doesn't damage the desk with the included foam pads. Which still works well with the cable management hole in the middle of the desk, but will require routing cables before setting this up.

Now this is a "Home Office"
Bought an Omnidesk Ascent Wildwood and absolutely love it.
Was overwhelmed with the number of boxes and bits that came with it but everything is just so well packed and protected.
The desk is absolutely simple to put together.just follow the bouncing ball and before you know it, it's set up and working perfectly.
The top is beautiful and all the holes are pre drilled with all tools and bits needed to get it together.
It's solid, secure and a quality standup desk.

Excellent customer service and sales service from Samuel. Answered all our questions. My husband and I went there and bought 2 desks. Quality of the product looks amazing and we look forward to receiving our desks soon.

I haven’t even finished assembling my desk yet but I wanted to write a review about one of the most warm interactions I’ve had on a call. I bought a desk last week and it was delivered 3 days later. Got to assembling last night and I realised that either fault of my own or Omnidesk the cable management bar was missing. I called in today to enquire about it and was greeted by Samuel Creed. Sam in just a short interaction showed the level of customer service I will come to expect from Omni desk in the future. He put in the order for a complimentary cable management bar and I didn’t have pay for shipping. 10/10 service 10/10 product

Happy with my desk. Good quality and works well. Good cable management. A few issues with Hunter Express delivery to Sydney but everything did arrive in good condition in a reasonable time frame and OmniDesk installer was super helpful and friendly getting everything set up and working. Would buy again.

Beautiful Desk and Fantastic Customer Service.
The Keypad on my Ascent stopped working a few weeks after purchasing, I emailed support and received a reply within 10 minutes. They had no keypads in stock but as soon as they did they express posted one to me.

Horrible experience and poor quality.
Firstly, the deliver took 1 month+ to arrive and only got updates on the delivery and tracking AFTER I emailed them 2 weeks later.
Second, the boxes that they were delivered in looked damaged.
Thirdly, THEY MISSED OUT ON THE POWER BOX AND THE POWER CABLES. What’s the point of an omnidesk when theres no power box? !? !? How can they miss out on the most important part of omnidesk?
Fourth, there were chaffing and the paint had worn off on the screw area of the table top as if someone had meddled with it. The legs of the table also appeared dusty.
Fifth, THEY SENT THE WRONG LEGS. I had ordered the omnidesk Pro but they sent me the omnidesk Ascent legs which DO NOT fit at all.
Sixth, they didnt include an instruction manual and I had to email them for an ecopy of the manual. The instructions were also too confusing. Which doesn’t matter because I still cant fix it with missing parts and parts that dont fit!
I placed an order for this table in early January and now its almost March and I still dont have a working table!

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE MESS OF A PRODUCT AND COMPANY WITH OBVIOUSLY ZERO QAQC. HOW CAN YOU DELIVER INCOMPLETE AND MISSING PARTS AND SELL IT FOR $900+

You are better off buying a standing table from IKEA to save yourself the money and hassle.

I own two omnidesks, the wildwood collection is so beautiful, I recommend the accessories, the monitor arm and the cable bar complete the package.

After ordering back in Nov 22, I never ended up receiving my desk by mid- Jan23.
This was after numerous upon numerous calls to follow up asking where it was, what's happening, why is it taking so long. Was told time and time again 'we don't know, it's a problem with the courier, there's nothing we can do'.
Adding the 'delivery protection' did nothing, and customer service was essentially of little to no help whatsoever. At no point did Omnidesk even think to offer in providing updates by themselves at all - everything had to be initiated and reminded by myself, even after following up so many times that the customer rep could recognise my voice. I would think that a company who essentially employs the services of a selected courier (Hunter Express - avoid at all costs) should be able to at least contact their own courier service and be able to follow up on one of their consignments given their customers are not given any option to - clearly I was expecting too much. What an absolute joke of a company and a waste of time (3 months).
Would tell everyone to clearly avoid this dealing with this company who cannot deliver to their customers and are not keen on any kind of follow up or compensation in case of any issues.

These guys were amazing. I purchased a desk a just before their Christmas sale had released and they sent me a cable management system free of charge because I had just missed out. The quality of the table is solid, doesn’t shake and adjustable for sit to stand. Delivered within the time frame they said and responded quick to all questions I asked. Thank you Isaac for all your help man. You are a legend.

Customer service is definitely worth more than a 5 star. I appreciate the help and support I've received from Gary Lai on one of our products that appeared faulty, he went out of his way to look after us and we couldn't be more happy with their service and his quick responses.

OmniDesk also has a great range of products for your wfh requirements and would never go back! You won't be disappointed!

If you need a desk for any reason, the omnidesk is what you have to get yourself. Price is so worth how amazing this desk is.
