Omnicare Medical Clinic - Southbank medical centre (Acupuncture Melbourne)

I booked an appointment solely for an allergy specialist referral for my persistent cold allergy. The advertised short appointment fee is $80 and a bit longer one for $150 (with no specified time). The GP swiftly provided the referral in 5 mins, but upon reaching the counter, I was charged $150 for exceeding 15 mins – quite shocking. To add to the frustration, the referral I received was outdated, rendering my $150 payment worthless. Despite requesting another referral, I was informed that I must book a new appointment due to their standard procedure, which seems utterly ridiculous.

I am really not often so positively surprised to amazing treatment and respect I received in this clinic from all the staff but especially understanding and caring of my GP Dr. Mark Glasman. I am treated with such understanding and compassion, respect etc. Thank you for being such wonderful people.

After 30 years I have finally found the best doctor in Melbourne. Wouldn't see another doctor except Dr Mark Glassmon. Highly recommend this doctor.

As so many times before, I managed to hobble into the reception area at Omnicare Medical Clinic today and was promptly led to Dr Vandeloo's rooms for my appointment. After a few minutes of his careful stretching, massage and manipulations my backpain eased. Stress and the daily pressures of my sedentary lifestyle were soon addressed by Dr Chris who has a very caring and professional attitude. I will continue to see him because over time, I can see that my back problems are definitely improving. Well done, I can thoroughly recommend him!
