The guys at omnia are great to deal with, house came out exactly how we imagined it and we have moved in and been living without an issue for 3 months now. Special thanks to Tela for always being there for us.

We already had contracts signed with another builder but they were dragging their feet and unresponsive, decided to pop into Omnia one afternoon as they were nearby and realised they should be our builder, signed with them and a few weeks later already things are happening on site.
So glad we decided to stop by and say hi, we feel so looked after and relieved now.will update as our build progresses.

The sales consultant was really respectful to deal with. Every question and inclusion we asked for was discussed and responded to. I was really happy with how they managed to design my home to suit my lot and inclusions. They were so patient with my questions.
The construction was well managed and the quality of the home was excellent. All my friends compliment my house whenever they visit.

From dream to a nightmare. Shocking treatment and language to $500k+ clients!

I started my build with these guys mid 2022. I had a switch in my sales consultant randomly during the process and came across ‘Tela’.

I hired a third party to review the contract before signing and they had suggestions on what to change with the builder.

The builder responded with anger and use of filthy swearing language over the phone. I was shocked, never been spoken to like that as a customer. I wondered why Tela took things so personal, turns out he’s the owner. A highly unprofessional individual.

However, after all this I still agreed to build the next day. I have not heard back in 3 months after multiple calls and emails:

I have wasted 7 months of my time and $2000 deposit.

My suggestion would be to work with an established builder than this circus. Although they customise floor plans their options are minimal.

Shocking to say the least.

Terrible service went to the office about 5 weeks ago was told that we would get a quote in a couple days 5 weeks later still nothing, no email, no phone call, no communication and this is just for a quote imagine building with them! Giving us such a sales pitch of how they pride themselves on word of mouth, beware of this builder I wouldn’t trust what they say, they do give a good sales pitch but it was not followed through very disappointing, but thank goodness we found a more professional builder to build our dream home!
