My expirience working for this company, if I could rate you less than 1 star I would.
Had to leave due to my mental health diminishing.
Toxic micromanagement environment.
High pressure, hard work and they offer you no support.
No morale and no trust in their employees.
Team leaders don't know how to smile - one imparticular has an unhealthy personality.
My team leader would come looking for me when I was on my 10 minute break always questioning me as if I wasn't entitled.
Management is fake, they don't care about you or your well being!
Working back everyday and not getting paid for it.
Upon resignation I was greeted with coldness, rudeness and a completely unprofessional approach. I wasn't even acknowledged by one person from management.
Everyone sits by themselves in the lunch room - there is no culture.
I didn't feel welcome from day one.
Highest turnover of staff - but I understand why.

This is a company who absolutely prioritises care provisions for their clients, without putting their team of Support Workers at risk. In my experience - great training & great customer service.

I had my first experience of Omnicare home support today. I could not speak more highly of Chloe who was amazing. Chloe was friendly, efficient and very professional & I felt very supported and valued as a client. Thank you to Kat and Chloe

Well we're do I start. They are willing to take a permanent carer from one person to give to another person, they can not fill staff shifts and just expect your father to go without a shower for 5 days because they can't fill a shift, along with cleaning his house for a week, to I vision impaired person this is not acceptable.please find other company they have no duty of care.

Omnicare is an amazing company to work for and grow your career with. The management are caring and considerate of clients’ needs, staff are friendly and professional. They also provide continuous training for staff. Recommend to join the family.

You say that you offer home cleaning services. But from personal experience, I know that you have workers who will leave after only working for 15 minutes, and they're supposed to be there for 2.5 hours. I found that they didn't know how to clean properly, and it appears that they haven't been given proper training in cleaning.it's a disgrace to other professional cleaners.

Staff from omnicare are providing personal care services to my mother. Staff are very nice and professional, coordination service by Tiffany is also very good. Thanks!

I was assigned to Omnicare during my mums Transition Care for the last 4 months.this was a very new concept for me after my mum suffered a stroke.i now needed to do everything for my mum.i was given personal care for my mum 4 days a week with a respite & home care.i was absolutely blessed by the love & care given by Ann /Luisa /Honey /Louise/Alisha & a few other girls.they have taught me on things to do & how to do it.
They did their duties diligently with love & dignity towards my mum.they went beyond & above with care towards mum. Thankyou beautiful ladies.
My point of contact was Mariella at Omnicare.
Thankyou so much for always communicating with me with the highest respect.
I will forever be grateful for the care respect & love shown to my mum & I.

We have been using Omni-Care for three weeks now. Right from the start from where the carers called I could tell that they were very professional.
The carers are very kind and explain to my wife what they are going to do before they do anything. My wife is rated as high care and we need two carers each visit twice daily so we get to see and know each and every one of the carers that call on us for the seven days a week.
Well done Omni-care keep up the great standards.

We have increased the services of Omnicare to four times daily and we are delighted in which way we are treated by the carers, So personal.
