I will highly recommend the wagyu beef bowl because it taste really good. The beef is tender and flavourful and the sauce complements well with the rice. However the portion is alittle small so im not really full at the end of the meal.

Though the beef bowl is good, i will not recommend the salted egg stuff. The salted egg fries or chicken rice bowl were not to my liking because the taste was too overwhelming. I felt pretty uncomfortable after finishing 3 quarter of the bowl.

I have eaten here before multiple times and the food is high quality and delicious. I especially recommend the daily set meals which are versatile, filling and at a good price.

I frequently enjoy eating here at Omi, the Japanese cuisine offered here is absolutely spectacular, however I do share comments about other reviewers where the truffle fries were not actually “truffle” fries. Their cheap use of truffle oil spoils their luxurious atmosphere and brand. However other dishes including the crème brûlée are stunning and I hope for Omi to keep expanding on various other flavours for years to come.

The FREE yuzu is like a water, though it is free drinks, I believe you can add a bit more Yuzu.
And the staff for the cashier today quite impolite, when I pronounced yuzu wrongly as suzu, then she very impatient and confirmed with me, ” yuzu!? ’. Then she is very impatient gave me the food buzzer and receipt that she nearly throw the receipt on the desk, not on my hand. Oh well I m so sorry I pronounced it incorrectly.

Loved this place, lady serving me was so nice, didn't take a picture because the food looked so good I just started eating but the presentation was so aesthetic

The food was amazing, right amount flavouring. The lady serving me was really patient and sweet. Would definitely recommend. Completely forgot to take a photo because I could wait to dig in but amazing presentation.

Wow explosion of flavours, we ordered black truffles wagyu rice and mentaiko salmon soba. Its so good, we will be back

Food was delicious! Service sucked sorry. The young lady serving spoke very little English But should have repeated the orders to make sure she understood. Patrons are very understanding if you repeat our orders. She kept getting our orders wrong.therefore, food became cold. My vegetarian fix ie. Tofu with yummy rice, egg & Japanese pickles.it's a little spicy but perfectly cooked. My friends got the salmon & teriyaki set, creme brulee & iced green tea - delicious!

Service and atmosphere is kind of decent, typical of a food court service.
Food wise, if you're after a fusion Japanese cuisine, this could be for you. A bit underwhelming for the price it charge.

Don't order Pork scotch. They're giving you some pieces of bacon instead of actual "pork". Their soft shell crab is awesome which I've been ordering many times over these years

I had teriyaki chicken with rice. The chicken was so dry and it wasn't fresh at all. It was definitely leftovers form last day. Not recommended at all.

Quite unique dish - salted egg fries - was excellent, both in appearance and taste! I'm not that much of a chips/fries fan, but this one was definitely worth trying.
Service was high quality food a food court.

I ordered holiday special set meal for one.the staff Debbie asked me to select sauce. I chooses salted egg. She didn’t mentioned me the sauce need extra charge until I got paid. I realised and questioned the meal price different with the advertisements. Then she told me the 1.5 dollar extra charge for the sauce fee. I told her I don’t need sauce if need extra charged. She told me must select sauce and pay extra. She never explained some sauces need extra charge and some sauces are free. That I can promise what I heard and what I said. When I asked to see the manager. She said the manager is not on duty. When I ask her manager’s number, she gave the number is unavailable. I requested 3 times for the meal tax invoice. The staff offered me bill and other customer’s tax invoice until the third time I got my tax invoice. That is a real cheat behaviour and terrible management.

Portions are ok, and the service is good, but the meat was so overcooked that the dryness was quite unpleasant. It might be necessary to monitor the torching. There may be others who like their meat well done, but that defeats the purpose of using Wagyu, and ruins the texture of the meat.

Ordered the chicken karaage with udon noodles, the taste was ok but the portion of 4 small pieces of fried chicken with the small amount of noodles was poor to say the least. $17 for the meal it should either be a larger portion or cheaper price.

10% surcharge on Sunday without telling you, small dish. Too expensive, unhappy customer here.

I appreciate that food cost has gone up. I knew that portion may not be great and that was why I ordered 3 sides But paying more than $41 for 3 sides for takeaway to receive 2 miserable pieces of softshell crabs, a couple so thinly sliced pork and a few pieces of chicken that did not even add up to 1 piece of KFC chicken is not acceptable. I recommended the joint to my family based on review not realising that it was over rated. I should not have ordered the sides for takeaway when I already knew that the food served at the food court was not value for money. Will never go back again.

I went to this place because the review was so high. But I was very disappointed with food. Had wagyu rice but it didn’t taste like wagyu.

Food is just ok. Not as good as the OMI Chadstone. Super long waiting time. Reject my request for extra sping onion.

Food is decent but seems overpriced. Paid $20.24 today for a bowl of Salted Egg Karaage Chicken on rice.
