Told me there'd be a locksmith in 30 minutes, took 90 minutes, no communication about what had happened, charged twice every other locksmith company ive used

I've had so much stress dealing with Omega security waiting for a long time for my keys to arrive. Then, I was treated rudely by their representatives after receiving less keys than I had ordered and paid for. In the beginning, I was sent the wrong invoice and then they asked for more money which I transferred immediately but I had received the keys much later although they knew I had no spare keys for my new office. Then, their accounting team responded rudely and mocked me when I asked her to explain me the unclear invoices with multiple items for just 5 keys for the mailbox and 5 for the front door. I really hope I will never have to deal with them again.

We have an older lock and newly cut keys were not working. Technician was very solution oriented and troubleshooted the problem efficiently.

Recently our renter ordered an apartment key and Australian Post unfortunately post it to QLD and the company even offered to cut additional one without incurring fees.
