Building with them. Permit came in 2021 and till date construction not finished. Lot of defects in the house. Emailed them number of times but communication is zero. I would suggest to think twice before signing contract. Would not recomend them.

Very carless towards building someone home. They dont care about you, all they care about is money.
Once they send the invoice they will keep calling nonstop for payment but when it come to defects and unfinished work they wont communicate and take any respnsibilty.
Sent me the final invoice for the payment when the work is not even finished.

Priya seewoosaha is excellent in terms of helping us choose the right house plan. She is the best person ever, very professional, loyal and quick response to our queries. Can't wait to see the building construction.

Currently building my home with Omaxe and currently in the final stage. Big shout out to Sorab who is amazing person and client focussed. Sorab has made whole experience seamless and stress free. Sorab goes above and beyond to ensure customers are happy and the requirements are fulfilled.

Special thanks to Manjeet Singh supervisor, the best person ever, very professional, loyal, honest, quick response, realistic, and true to his words and promise helped us a lot to complete my house efficiently, Manjeet has got really good people skills as well as professionalism, I wish him really bright future ahead

Omaxe finishing is one of the finesh finishings in the current market. We are excited with the outcome.

There was a slight delay of 2 months (that to coz of timber shortage across aus in peak covid times) - apart from that there was never any delay. They are quick in responses (calls / emails).

My sincere thanks to our site supervisor (Satvinder singh) who coordinated very well, allowed us to inspect house whenever we want with lot of patience, explained us about the progress after each stage construction cycle - Thanks Satvinder and omaxe for this lovely first home of ours.

We are really pleased that we had Satvinder as our site supervisor as he has been quite easy to work with, accomodating and always kept us in the loop on the stage update. Due to him our experience with building home through Omaxe was great! Highly recommend him as a site supervisor and honestly a great addition to your team! However, due to poor communication from office at start (before satvinder ji), rating 3 star.

Omaxe homes have clever marketing policy.initially they offer your cheapest price for the house them you go for the colour selection the lady over there make everything upgrade. It happened to us. We got the quotation for 29sq house which was very good price. When we been to colour selection, we been informed that the items with blue sticker is standard. We selected one of the tap the lady said it’s an upgrade even though blue sticker was there, after all selection when it comes to internal door select we select the mirror door. She said yes it’s a standard and after one we been informed that it’s an upgrade. This is just a sample out many issues. We asked then to give our money back they which we paid $3000 they refuse to give back.

Guys please be aware if you want to go with them don’t give initial deposit. Tell them you want to go colour selection first. Where they don’t have enough options to decide. Be careful when you dealing with them.
If there is something like - I would like to give them -10 for the services.

Stay away from these unprofessional peoples, building a home with Omex was my blunder mistake, during contract signing it was good after that at every step I have face stupidity, without finishing the building stage these guys started forcing to clear their invoice, keep calling these people, no response, I was feeling like a Beggar.
Very first week after taking possession, bath tub was leaked to garage, sharp metal edge in the bathroom, look like unprofessional has done the job, different brand of kitchen appliance has been installed against the building contract, building drawings has not been followed. Till date garage damage has not be fixed, pictures have attached.
Overall all, it was my worst experience with these unprofessional people as compare to other builders.
Please stay away and think about other options!

Suggestion: -Don’t take a chance with your luck.

Be aware of this builder, construction method are not up to building standard and they don't even respect adjoining boundary damage.

Recently got a build concluded by Omaxe homes in Tarneit and was very satisfied with the outcome.
My site manager Daman Virk came across as a professional who was very honest, transparent and always took my feedback into account. He really made the build process sail through despite COVID lockdowns and shortage of supplies.
The build quality and attention to detail was gold standard. The quote was sharp and i had no late surprises.
However, i do think their sale process needs improvement it is a bit loose and the next steps in the build journey are not called out clearly.

We got our house constructed by Omaxe homes in April this year. An outstanding job done to our satisfaction at a reasonable price. This being our first house, we had lots of questions. But staff of Omaxe homes genuinely took interest in taking the stress away from us by accommodating changes to design, providing a range of inexpensive options and alternatives for items in color selection, and providing timely updates on the construction progress. Our site manager Ali guided us at every stage of construction. He is very cooperative, punctual, helpful and gave honest advice without being judgmental. We are also impressed by their post-handover services as till date they have fulfilled all our concerns without delay.

I have recently build my first house with Omaxe Homes. They are one of the best builders in Melbourne. They have fulfilled all my requirements as I wanted.
I have met with the owners Gary Paji and Talwinder Paji several times at my site, both of them are down to earth, generous and very helpful.
During construction whatsoever promised they made, they fulfilled 100%. Our site supervisor Daman is very helpful and still helping me to solve post handover light issues. Very unprofessional people. They are building a house next door and have used my plot as a dump yard violating all rules imposed by the council. Repeated requests to clear the plot have fallen on deaf ears. I've filed a complaint against them for illegal dumping.

Good customer service of all team of Omaxe Homes specially Nidhi and Neha. I am very happy from their response.
