Got 3 jackets and a few other items of clothing dry cleaned. Whilst the owner is very nice and cheery, they are not good at dry cleaning. One of my jackets was damaged with a big hole in the lining on the inside of the jacket. I am sure he knew he had done this, but never mentioned it to me and I only noticed when I came to wear the jacket again. I cannot support a business whose practices are unethical. I will definitely not be using this place again.

Very satisfied! Got my formal dress fitted and altered from the sides in a time pinch, came back very form fitting. Will do all my future alterations here.

Hello there I went here the other day with NON-Damaged BOOTS WORTH OVER $1000 dollars to GET them back ruined you can imagine the pain I feel since the value of them I trusted this shop with my expensive over $1000 dollar shoes and for them to be ruined! I complained and they treated me like a IMMIGRANT! I obviously complained and asked for them to fix the damaged and they didn’t Admit that they damage my BOOTs they then called security on me FOR COMPLAINING ABOUT MY BOOTS. I went their to get them cleaned NOT damaged they are so rude and don’t admit they damaged them. AVOID!

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! They have completed ruined a very expensive jacket. Taking no accountability for the fact that they have completely damaged it and furthermore are trying to tell me that it wasn't them that damaged it. I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted by the lack of accountability.

The dry cleaning service is unprofessional, the clothes weren't washed clean and have many restrictions. A bad laundry experience.

Don't wash your clothes and shoes in this store. The shop outsources their services to a part-time shoe washer (who only wash your shoes after 5pm), (the shop doesn't understand their operation process!) and pushes the blame completely.

This is the lesson of blood.
Look at the cracks on the leather of the shoes in the picture.

The heel was sanded by their professional shoe cleaner with a sanding wheel.

The soles even did not remove the sludge.

Please don't trust the profession said by the owner. There is no professional qualification.

When we hand over the shoes to the store, the shop owner guaranteed us their shoe cleaner is a professional American shoe washer (a distributor).

After we got the shoes and found that there was a problem with the shoes, the shop owner and shoe washer stated that it only used US MGK products (using the MGK trademark without permission). They even said the crack was originally on the shoe leather.

Finally, when we asked the store to display the qualifications, the shoe cleaners indicated that the product they used was Shoe M · A · G · I · K (an unqualified product that cannot be searched online).

The shop owner aviod reponsibility but earn our money.
If you care your cloth and shoes, choose others!

Absolutely terrible!
I took a very expensive faux fur coat, cream in colour and beautifully soft and fine in texture to them for cleaning. I asked them if they had experience with such fabrics and they said yes it wasn't a problem.
When I turned up to collect my coat, it was damaged badly. It had been shrunk, the texture was coarse and it was grey in colour!
I spoke to them about it at length and they wouldn't take any responsibility for the damage they had caused.

Shocking service and I would not recommend these people at all.
In short: the coat came out dirtier than it was when I dropped it off, it was shrunk and the fabric damaged and coarse.

Terrible.

Normal turnaround time for items is two business days.

Had some dry cleaning I needed by New Year's Eve for a wedding. Slack me didn't drop it off until the day before they were closed. The guys were rushed for time so did it after hours and dropped it off personally to my house at no extra cost. Will definitely use again
