Sadly, the workers at Ollie’s in plenty valley (Samantha to be more direct) that seems so lovely and deceptive, will take advantage of young vulnerable mums who come into store by having a friendly chat and asking if you’d like a job because she “has a good feeling about you”… very convincing and asks you to email your resume to the corresponding email only to be left with no response waiting for weeks and realising it was all just to get a good review (which was 3 star at the time), she directly asked me to “leave a good review” when I first approached her to pay for my items in store.

Majority of bad reviews have been deleted to make themselves look better then they are. I remember back when I first reviewed the comments when I was in high hopes and gullible, multiple people were complaining that they weren’t allowed to return items even when they still had the tag on and clearly weren’t used. And also that Samantha and other customer service reps were rude and judgmental!

I came into the store completely lost and was greeted by the most friendly sales assistant who helped me and my partner shop for not only a gender reveal party but we walked out with a few little gifts for our ourselves. I could not of ask for a better shopping experience and look forward to going back to plenty valley again!

Great quality clothes and the manager was so sweet and super helpful, would definitely recommend this place.

Great service. We went to pick a dress for a 6yo to attend her big cousins debutant ball. We found the perfect outfit. She left this store feeling beautiful and super special.

Worst customer service ever. The elder lady in the till was very rude to the customer. Very unprofessional.

I’m absolutely disgusted and appalled in some people, who places bad reviews. Just have a good look at yourself before writing a review on any services and supply places you shop at. Just remember customers behaviour badly towards staff who work in retail stores is not acceptable.

I am currently coming out of the store, whoever the store manager is, they should speak to the sales person currently at the store to let them know how to deal with the customer. Not helpful at all.

The staff is very kind and friendly. Young staff named Lauren was super sweet and made sure we left the store happy. The store is always tidy and well kept. Highly recommend the kids clothing, good quality.

Worst service ever purchased a jacket and returned 2 days later to get a larger size with receipt and they wouldn't exchange it as it didn't have its tag said I could have stole it. I had the receipt and bag. STRANGE! Never shop there again

The staff are helpful, courteous and friendly. No hesitation from staff to help you. Manger is lovely and friendly. The store is presentable and well organised.

Bought two dresses for my niece but as NSW cluster appeared was not able to go. When I went back to return (within one month gurantee) was told we can only exchange them and they can do nothing.

Pretty clothes but miles too big for the sizes. The workers at this store will gossip about customers and laugh at you. Highly unprofessional.
