Monique was absolutely brilliant. Thanks for making mine and my son's visit enjoyable.

The staff and service was absolutely fantastic and super great atmosphere. However my issue lies with the amount that you pay for the quantity of food you get. I paid eight dollars for the sweet potato fries (tastes great) but got barely a serving (photo below of what I got) very over priced. Otherwise had a great experience

Terrible. Junk food posing as healthy! And had to ask for the protein ball I ordered as they forgot it.

Had a worker talking about other people’s personal lives which I found was very unprofessional and completely disrespectful and inappropriate and I would like for something to be done about it!

I get my coffee from here every morning. Aleisha has been absolutely wonderful, always with a bright smile and joyful cheer for the day ahead, the other staff are also wonderful. Thanks Chloe is also always so wonderful with a lovely smile when she makes my coffee. They all make absolutely gorgeous coffee too! Absolute legends! Thanks heaps ladies!

I recently visited Oliver's restaurant and had a terrible experience with their customer service. I waited for 10 minutes before the server told me that she was not going to take my order because she wanted to go home. I was shocked and disappointed that she had not informed me earlier.

As a customer, I believe it is important to feel welcomed and valued at a restaurant. Unfortunately, the server's behavior fell short of this standard. I felt that she was more concerned about her own convenience than providing good customer service.

Waiting for 10 minutes for nothing was not a pleasant experience, and it left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. It would have been better if the server had informed me about her intentions beforehand, which would have saved us both time and frustration.

In my opinion, Oliver's restaurant needs to do more to ensure that their servers are properly trained and equipped to provide good customer service. It is unacceptable for a server to waste a customer's time and not show basic courtesy.

Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience with their customer service. It is important for restaurants to prioritize their customers' needs and ensure that they are treated with respect and professionalism.

Staff were lovely to speak with, we very helpful suggesting Gluten free options for my coeliac mother.
Ice Coffee was delicious and wrap was great quality.

Delicious lamb pocket lunch and the best customer service, 2 young ladies both with quick smiles and a chat, then it got busy and the speed they moved was impressive!

Stopped at Olivers Officer Inbound for some food and were greatly disappointed to see the great lack of covid and food health safety displayed by staff. Masks were not properly worn and there was consistent wiping of noses with hands directly followed by touching food or equipment. While the customer service wasn't totally awful there were noticeable rude/impatient undertones by our server. In hindsight we should have requested a refund and refused the food as we were disgusted, but we felt too uncomfortable to cause a confrontation. Employees are in urgent need of standard safe food handling practices.

This morning (around 11am) I ordered 2 sandwiches. I asked for one of them toasted. The girl who served me (who was quite pleasant), left the sandwich on the bench. Another staff member then arrived who I'm guessing was returning from her break or the toilet. She did not wash or sanitise her hands before touching the paper she placed on the grill, or handling my sandwich without gloves. When it was ready, she pretty much threw it on the counter and yelled out and walked away. She did not even wait until I approached so she could acknowledge me. This sandwich and the other one I purchased both went in the bin as I had no idea where her germy hands had been and was not going to risk eating either. This woman clearly needs some training in food handling and customer service.

Usually Everytime I go to this Oliver's I have an amazing experience, the staff are usually soo lovely and go out of their way to make genuine interactions with me and other customers, and are usually super accomadating and friendly towards my coeliac disease.
However, this morning I dropped in, and the two staff on would stare at me instead of asking if I needed anything like a menu, and would exchange glances at one another after staring at me, and this made me very uncomfortable. I wasn't sure where the menus were, so I ordered at the kiosk even though there was someone at the register as she wouldn't offer any assistance and and I was unsure what to do. Furthermore, when i politely explained to them my coeliac disease apologising, and they were rude and not accomadating, just kept explaining that they weren't a gluten free kitchen in an unfriendly manner, Which is unusual for this restaurant.
Usually the staff are absolutely lovely here, and I would still recommend it to others, so it was an unfortunate experience and a shame. Food is always lovely and the staff usually always make an effort to get to know you!

Awesome wholesome food at reasonable prices. Try the rosemary sweet potatoes and the quick salad bowls. If you want something naughty their brownies rock.

Food is a bit pricey but it's actual food unlike some of the junk sold at KFC and maccas. Staff were friendly and wait time for food was about average.

It was very busy and they make a big fuss about health and the environment then sell coffee in throw away cups.

I love this takeaway place for it's fresh, healthy and yummy food. The prices are good and it's a great alternative if you are looking for healthier options.

Oliver's is really good. Lots of fresh green sides! Also it's next to a KFC so you can pick up some chicken tenders if you're feeling like you need a hit.

Great place great food exceptional customer service. So refreshing knowing you can eat healthy wen you are on the road.

Sitting in here having lunch and realise Oliver’s are now pedalling “Food Matters”, the DVD ‘documentary’ spreading fear and hate to the ill informed public, by self proclaimed doctors of pseudosciences, including the top shelf retard David Avocado Wolf.

I previously held Oliver’s in high regard, however this sort of action as a brand is what causes deep rooted problems within society such as the rebirthing of polio and other curable diseases by pushing incorrect and unproven ideas into the minds of impressionably stupid people within our society. From this point forward, I will no longer be spending any money on an Oliver’s product.

This must be the worst takeaway food we have ever seen in all our years of traveling, looked great on the photos and supporting a good cause we gave them a go, as the bag of food was handed to us the young ladies that served us had a look of embarrassment on her face. Check your meal bags before you leave to see what you are getting before you get down the road very unhappy
