Olive and Pineapple

Ordered 2 pizzas and some chips, the driver was stuck in traffic so the food was delayed. The manager called and was very professional. Fixed the issue and was great to deal with. Fantastic food as well. Always prepared hot

Pizza was undercooked and soggy. Worst of all haven't stopped going to the toilet after eating it. Won't be coming back.

Well I struck gold with Olive & Pineapple Pizza. I've tried several of thier combinations and you won't be disappointed. Always cooked to perfection always full of flavour rich and great top quality ingredients with all thier meals. It's a taste sensation to say the least and yes I'm raving but I'm not kidding truely great service lovely staff that are genuinely aiming to please thier customers. Thanks guys you rock my pizza world!:)

L have been using Olive and Pineapple for months now and they are the best by far. The staff are are great people and care a great deal about their customers. If you are wanting some tasty pizza or pasta you must nor go past this family run business. Well done Olive and Pineapple

I am loving this place! I have only had delivery so far but quite a few times! Their game changer Hawaiian is delightful, it is sooo good! And the chicken salad really nice as well. The base of their pizza is one of the best I've tasted, nice sauce too. In Frankston it's almost impossible to find a good pizza place with quality ingredients, I can't stand that fake ham, and most places load it on and make it inedible. Thanks olive and pineapple! A+

Wow it’s been a long time since I have eaten a pizza as good as this. Perfect base Perfect topping Perfect taste.
If you buy elsewhere do your self a favour and starting buying from Olive and pineapple pizza.

Good service and delivery time but pizzas were very below average and the bases were not thin and crispy as others say and very bland, wont be ordering again

The owners are such lovely people who asked for my opinion on different vegan aiolis for a new vegan pizza idea that they were working on. They obviously want to ensure that they are appealing to all of their customers, and I really appreciated that

Tucked in a corner of beach street is this little gem. Nice thin base, fresh toppings and homemade sauce on top. It is one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Big Thumbs Up for this family business. Great addition to Frankston.

Delicious pizza good taste I love it and yummy pasta my son told me dad we are going everytime only and only olive and pineapple.

Customer service is nice. But the food was a bit yeah Na. It was the driest pizza I’ve had in my life. And because it’s was so dry. It had no flavour. It was like eating a sourdough bread with no topping. Big meh. Won’t be coming back.

Waited 2 hours when we were told 1 hour. Called twice to check up and were told " its on the way" both times. Clearly a flat out lie.
To make it worse, we were quoted $50 for our order and when the driver finally got here they demanded $60.
A bunch of liars and rip off merchants. Had it not been 9pm after a 2 hour wait-we would have sent them back

Best gluten free pizza. Without being charged a ridiculous price extra. This happened at a place next to KFC.
Service was stunning, super helpful, clean and will be our pizza go to from now on

I like to eat pizza at olive and pasta pizzas. No words describe about the pizza because it's too delicious. I love to eat this pizza as well as pasta also.

My best friend and I absolutely love this place! I recently moved into the area and now we’re regulars.we always order the pastas because the guy there makes them so well! The owner is very accommodating of my vegetarian needs and will let me customise my pasta without fuss. Staff are super friendly and delivery to frankston is free! Highly recommend

Their Mexican pizza is the best. Nice selection of gourmet pizzas as well. Fresh Ingredients. I'm absolutely loving it. Keep up the good work guys. Nice and warm cozy little shop and the family is very nice.

The employee was very rudely aggressive towards my non-native english speaking husband when pushing for us to pay! $4! To add pineapple as we left a note in the order. Instead of asking or informing us prior, they added the pineapple then used the uber driver's phone to suddenly demand we pay by reading our complete card number over the phone which seemed ridiculous. They offered for us to pay the uber driver and the uber driver pay him now which seemed rude to put that burden on the driver AND it wouldn't be protected by uber if there was an issue because he wouldn't be able to provide any kind of receipt if we paid via cash. We were happy to pay the $4 once working out an appropriate way to do so even though the cost was absurd, but the employee angrily told us not to worry about the cost and hung up. Assuming they waived the cost as a courtesy or something, we moved on. After the fact we got a call from uber that the restaurant was now attempting to adjust the cost which we were forced to pay regardless of any ill treatment/rudeness or deception saying that we wouldn't need to pay anymore.

I am understanding that you are a family business etc but a little compassion or politeness to let us know of the situation instead of immediately being hostile would have provided a much easier outcome.

To add to the business' reply: I never stated I wanted the pineapple for free, I stated that in our experiences establishments either charge nothing for something as simple as pineapple or maximum of 2 dollars, but never something like $4. Regardless of our shock towards the price we intended on paying, it was your employee that was very rude and hung up on us because we wouldnt give our card details to him - had they just originally stated they could alter the invoice on Uber in the first place the situation wouldn't have happened. Please refrain from calling this review "abuse", I am simply stating my experiences with employees.
