Old Quarter - Pho Ly Quoc Su

Hanoi spring rolls vermicelli. The salad was not fresh. The special sauce was unbalanced. There were a couple of 1/4 slices of carrot in the black sauce. Vegetarian spring roll was ok but there no flavour

The bun bo hue and it was absolutely phenomenal, the salads were so fresh and the staff assistance was amazing, despite the fact they were completely pack. I am from Vietnam and this taste 100% authentic. Everything was fantastic and 100% recommend. This bowls just shows how much I enjoyed this dish.

My husband and I walked in last night for a meal. We were made welcome from the word go. The food was outstanding. We had pho cuon - sausage and prawn plus sticky rice braised pork and chargrilled pork on rice. The restaurant is clean and decor reminded me of the latern streets of Hanoi. Will be back

Great food and flavourful pho. However this place should work on hygiene and cleanliness. The tables, utensils and other containers are covered with grease. Getting worse recently. Hope this gets fixed!

Best pho in town. So glad I found the Hanoi’s flavour here and I became a regular customer sine they opened. Other dishes are amazing too, especially the spicy Bun Bo Hue for cold weather in Melbourne

The food is amazing.the flavour was impeccable all the flavours mixed together were incredible.the staff were so sweet they ask you without being overwhelming and overbearing which is amazing.the springrolls were very crunchy and flavourful i could clearly taste all the flavours and it was amazing.the drinks that they make are delicious, they have many options of drinks and its really nice.the owner is such a sweet lady she is so respectful and calls me sir everytime i come.i feel very welcome in this atmosphere.i came here with a friend and we both really enjoyed the service and the meal.the staff were very near and tidy.they were really kind towards.i would overall very recommend this restaurant and also on wednesday there is a band that plays outside and its very nice to eat while listening to them play live music.i dont think i have enjoyed a restaurant this much.everything about this place makes me wan tot come back.the food, the staff and the service were all amazing i would 100% recommended this place.

This would have to be my 2nd favorite Pho shop in Melbourne. Its food is quality and so delicious I will definitely be coming here more.

I went twice on a wednesday night and i got to see a live performance with live singers and it was amazing. They sang multiple songs and they started to gain an audience. It was amazing definitely recommend to come on a Wednesday night. The food was amazing the broth was delicious and the staff were attentive but not to overbearing. The pho was amazing the noodles were soft and chewy and the meat tasted very fresh. The springroll were so good they had an amazing crunch on the outside and the inside were soft, warm and flavorful it was amazing. The staff were amazing they are always walking around makeing sure that the costomers are all taken care of and they can always adsust to your need which is amazing. The decor was beautiful and the lighting is stunning. The painting were gorgeous and i asked the staff about the painting and they said that they were hand drawn which is amazing! Over 100% recommend it was delicious the staff were amazing and the decor was stunning this is one of the best places ever.

Old Quarter is my usual go-to spot for a nice brunch and dinner. The food here is to die for! I absolutely love their egg coffee, super creamy and eggy (in the best way possible). Melbourne doesn’t really have many places that make egg coffee. Also another thing you should try is Bún Bò Huế! It reminded me of home. The owner is lovely and the staff is attentive and accommodating.

The best Vietnamese restaurant I’ve ever eaten in Melbourne. If you are looking for northern Vietnamese dishes, this is the place u r looking for. Their broth is exceptional! You got to try their Bun Bo Hue, sticky rice, ofc Pho, and they have Egg Coffee?

Great service and friendly staff members. Warm ambience. Delicious food and generous portions - the broth of Pho Sot Vang is tasty and unique. Would recommend it to anyone who looks to try authentic Hanoi cuisine.

The soup is so rich in flavour. I drank the whole bowl of soup. There is very generous amount of ingredients. The iced coffee makes you feel like you have gone to Vietnam.

Tried the Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef noodles soup). I am actually from Hue and I think the flavor of the soup was so authentic. I like that they used thin rice noodles, and toppings were amazing too. Highly recommend Bun Bo Hue if you can handle spice or simply want to try a noodles soup other than Pho.
Service is a 10/10 as food was fast and staff are very attentive. Will come back to Old Quarter again many times.

This is the first time I try the Hà Nội pho it was the best thing I have ever tasted. It had so much flavour and the side dishes that went with it was amazing. The drinks were very different but very amazing. If your in the area 100% try this restaurant this was the best place ever.

I go to breakfast or lunch weekly with a group of old friends. In addition to the really good food, I must say that our waitress today was so kind and patient, as the group tried to decide what they wanted and were talking non-stop. My lovely wife and I love dinner there as well. We are so fortunate to have this outstanding restaurant in our town of Hawthorn. It’s a gem.
