Old Man Pho Plenty Valley - Vietnamese Restaurant

Ordered 2 chicken phos and I cannot express my disappointment after seeing the quantity or lack there of of chicken. Times are tough for everyone but don’t cut corners with your paying customers just to save a dollar. It’s robbery what you are doing. For $40 this is unacceptable. Never had this happened when ordering here so didn’t even bother to check the reviews but I can see that I am not the only one with this issue. Not sure if there are new owners but do better or don’t have a business. Will not be ordering again.

The chinese lady who served me didn't even know the difference between "Siracha sauce" and "Chilli Oil".

I asked for some chilli oil and fresh chilli, she said Siracha sauce was the chilli oil! She needs to go to Springvale to eat Pho there, so that she'd know the difference between chilli oil and Siracha sauce!

Why is it so hard to find a Pho restaurant that serve Pho with lots of fresh chilli and chilli oil in north suburbs? ! Pho restaurants in Springvale and Clayton area serve Pho with lots of fresh chilli and chilli oil on each table, so that the customers can have UNLIMITED chilli oil for their Pho!

Pho was very average
Pork spring rolls were very average
Food came cold with Uber eats

Ordered chicken pho and the portion size was literally one fourth the size of container. There were barely 3-4 thin strands of chicken added as though it was an afterthought. Never going to order here again.

Terrible food.
Tasted gross, I couldn’t even eat it.
Spring rolls were like frozen mush spring rolls made of god knows what but it definitely wasn’t vegetables like I asked. Do not eat here.

Tasty rice vermicelli bowl and really delicious viet coffee! Just wish the portions on the drink and beef could be a bit more.

I want to give ZERO stars but I can't. My mum ordered me a vegetarian Banh Mi and she specifically ask for no sauce because I am SEVERELY ANAPHYLACTIC to NUTS. As soon as had a few bites, I started to get an ANAPHYLACTIC REACTION. My mouth and throat got swollen and I couldn't breathe. I do not understand how the staff misunderstood this specific dietary requirement. They basically ignored it. This is a DEADLY MISTAKE and I would like the owner of this branch to get in contact with me ASAP.

Ordered Crispy Pork Bun (Vermicelli noodles). Pork was cooked fresh and a very generous serving. Leaps and bounds ahead of Roll'd Epping Plazza. Roll'd Epping Plaza is very dissapointing, eat elsewhere.

Have hard plastic in the pho soup, it cut my throat when I drink the soup. We went to the register to tell them, the guy just really coldly said: oh sorry. And then he just start to ignoring us and turned around to do other things. My throat have a cut and it is swelling now, definitely bring it up to the food health department.

Ordered well before their closing time, and theh took so long to make the order, that once it got to their closing time they just cancelled our order, with no phone call or anything. By which time it was very late to be ordering from somewhere else! Very unhappy.

10% surcharge on weekends! Greedy management there! Crispy pork is more like tough pork. Hardly crispy. Wont be going back. I’d rather drive to the city and get Kenny’s bakery, now that’s some good crispy pork!

Absolutely disappointed. NEVER ordering from here again.i have never been so dissatisfied with a restaurant until now! I ordered a braised pork belly on rice from this restaurant through doordash and once the food got here, there was no pork belly! There was supposed to be a sunny side egg on top aswell but that wasn’t even there either.it was just plain rice with a salad on the side.i called the store to see what was going on but they did not answer but instead it was a ‘wrong phone number’. I had to call the doordash customer service number to get this sorted and we were given the choice for redelivery.but yet i was disappointed a second time.it was the same thing! The least they could have done could be leaving a note with the food giving a reason as to why there were missing ingredients or give us an alternative food! For the people that work at old man pho, get your act together this is outrageous.

My experience is been nothing short of exceptional. All staff at plenty valley are fantastic and especially Bebe she is so awesome and friendly. Food - ' GAME CHANGER'!

Old man pho plenty valley always gets my orders right. The food is always fresh and staff is super nice and helpful. You totally get your moneys worth here.

Very good service. I order the spicy beef soup, the taste is the best, fresh ingredients. Bebe is the best, she is always so attentive and welcoming.

Honestly flavour was amazing but I absolutely hate paying for extra items and not receiving them on my order. “Extra sauce and extra meat” on our Vietnamese roll was certainly not provided. I paid $8 extra for this on 2 rolls and I would of been better off buying a third with the money… 1 slice of pork is not extra. Would of been a 5 star review if the portion was substantial.

Unforunately my tofu pho was inedible. Flavour was way too overpowering for both the broth and the tofu. Too much salt, msg or whatever was used.
