Very disappointed that the website doesn't mention that Mitcham was too far to come to install fencing. Could have saved us a fruitless trip.

Rang and left message twice BUT NO REPLY at all! Desperately needed fence toppers to click & collect BUT ended up buying from other side of town express post! Drove past next day and they were working there?

Old Malvern Pickets provided everything I needed to DIY a picket fence. I am particularly grateful to Kate and Peter for all of their assistance. I hadn't built a picket fence for 20 years but with their guidance, I have completed a very successful project! I'm not surprised by the low ratings other have given. Their worker Michael is one of the rudest and disrespectful people I have ever encountered.

Get another quotation elsewhere - well OVER Double the price of others for the same type of wood, materials, design and site clean up cost.

Totally regret dealing with these rude and nasty bunch. I certainly do not recommend them to anyone.

Most appalling service, attitude and product I have ever experienced. Sent the incorrect product that arrived damaged due to inferior packaging. Was then made to make a claim against Aust Post myself and was not even refunded the full amount. Old Malvern pickets refused to refund the balance. Don't expect them to have time for a quote but will take your money in a second! 'I don't have time to quote but I have time for sales' Personal issues aside, I would never ever recommend this business to anyone. Deal with them at your own peril. I was very courteous, and patient, unlike the owners, and gave them every opportunity to resolve the issue.
Don't spend your money at Old Malvern Pickets. Can't see them staying in business with this poor service/product.
