Great service and friendly staff. Food is amazing. First time we had ever been here and the food was so good we forgot to take photos!

$20 minimum for card payments with no option to pay a surcharge, which would cover the transaction fee from the bank! Oki2Go either don’t want customers or their tax avoiding?

Good quality products, but they have a $20 minimum on EFTPOS payments, which in 2020- when no one is paying by cash- is a disgrace. I literally was about to buy my bento box when this $20 minimum on card was mentioned and I walked out.

Great Japanese food with price range but missing a big range of Japanese food. Quick bite or lunch out 3.5 star out of 5

We ordered the Gyudon with kimchi and katsu don which were both very tasty! There was a lot of sauce and kimchi in the gyudon and the owners were incredibly kind. Will 100% visit again to try more of the menu

This is my go to sushi spot on Acland Street. It’s super fresh and tasty, my favourite here is the fresh salmon nigiri. As well as sushi it’s also a fully equipped Japanese restaurant serving all the classic dishes. Definitely one to try on the next St Kilda visit.

Outstanding! Ordered the Sukiyaki, Curry Chicken Don and Beef Tataki. Every dish was absolutely delicious and to our table within 10 mins. Ever since visiting Japan in 2014 I've been trying to find a Japanese restaurant that lived up to my memory. The team at Oki2Go definitely do not disappoint. Thank you for the great service. Will be back!

Worst customer service I have experienced. It is not hard to be friendly to customers. I went in there this afternoon and ordered some hand rolls. I asked if they would be able to cut them for me as I was eating in.the owner who served me was extremely rude. I don’t usually eat here (now I know why) I did enjoy my hand rolls. I went back and ordered more complimenting the rolls. And nothing just rudeness. The other customers dining noticed too.it was embarrassing. I don’t know why these people go into the hospitality industry, maybe they think it’s hostile industry and can be rude to customers. What a disappointment. I recommend people got to Woolworths St Kilda West Fitzroy St they have a Sushi Bar and its quite good and reasonably priced. Keep in mind it’s st kilda and unfortunately we lack good take away Japanese food here.

Overpriced and underwhelming, I have been here a few times over two years in hope of the fact that I just ordered the wrong thing last time. Nope. The last time I came to this place I ordered a ramen.it was like eating those mi goreng noodles you get from the supermarket in a bowl with hot water. If they want to improve, get an actual Japanese chef that is passionate about their food.

Cancelled order on Uber eats after one hour wait. Uber eats confirmed it was the restaurant that cancelled

I was impressed by the call back service. Oki2go has obviously read their reviews And followed up on their customers. I was unhappy with with my first service from them but they contacted me to correct the problem.

They did correct it. Their food was wonderful!
I can highly recommend it!
I didn’t the first time.

This is a restaurant that is trying to give the best food and service possible.

I recommend you try it. Their heart and soul is I their food and their service. I loved it

Fast Food Asian at restaurant prices. I paid $12 for 2 avacado/cucumber handrails because they had to prepare it. In a specialist Japanese actual restaurant I paid only $4 per handrail specially made. My special fried prawn on curry with rice was frozen "prawn" from a packet with a sauce mix you can buy from the Asian shops. I am Asian and usually make my own sushi and Japanese curry but thought I would take my girls out for a change. The bento box my daughter ordered went back with the beef untouched - she said it was not very nice. Unfortunate so many tourists get fooled.

Fast, clean, good value. The menu hasn't changed much, if at all, since opening. Nor is there need. In a tourist strip full of fast, greasy take away and short lived cafes with pre-prepared dishes, this establishment offers food that is clean, simple and likely to give you a happy gut.
