My partner and I have been regulars lately at okay lucy! Staff are amazing & so friendly & the chocolate ice cream is delicious:)

Asked for a thickshake, ended up with a mild chocci flavoured milk. 1 scoop of icecream doesn't count.

Absolute gem of a find! Staff were lovely and the ice cream, LIFE CHANGING! Definitely going back!

We walked past this gelateria today & being the ice cream fanatic that I am, I read the reviews & had to try it based on how good they were.

Staff were very friendly, I sampled a few & wasn’t overly impressed, they were a bit bland.
I decided on salted caramel & biscoff, she started with the biscoff in the cone & then proceeded to add the salted caramel on top, she scooped some up with the spatula & added half of it above the biscoff, she couldn’t manage to get it all off so she gave me the tiniest serve of salted caramel to which I was very annoyed & disappointed - $7: 50 for the smallest serve.

Will definitely not be back, not sure what all the fuss was about anyway, I could barely taste the salted caramel - probably cos I didn’t get any caramel.

The last pic of cone was taken after one lick around the outside to stop from dripping as it was hot… I was not happy!

Flavours to choose from. Lovely the ones that they have. Staff friendly. Bit much to ask for a public holiday surcharge.

My girls and I always come to Okay Lucy when we are in Mornington and have never been disappointed by not only the ice cream or gelato but also the service. Today was no exception and the two girls serving were brilliant. I tasted both the Turkish delight and pistachio to have one with the caramel dough special and the staff offered a split scoop as I couldn’t decide. What a great idea! Girls loved their sorbets and mine was amazing! Thanks again so worth the drive!

Great to see a gelateria like Messina and Pidapipo (friends of mine) down where I grew up. You could implement the “return the tub” idea to save the environment too? Can’t wait to see what flavours you make whilst I’m down here and I hope you could also perhaps think about being able to choose 4 flavours for the 1.5 litre tub.

Not only was this gelato delicious, but they were friendly, speedy for a busy little shop… they allowed tastings AND you can have two flavours in the 1 scoop option.
No doubt a five star rating.

Nothing to get excited about. The ice-cream options are quite poor and the flavours need a hell of a lot of work

I love gelato and have eaten a LOT of gelato in Melbourne, including at some of the big names Gelato Messina, Piccolina and Pidapipo. OKAY LUCY is superior. It's next level gelato. The service is at a consistently high standard, just like the gelato.

Every flavour is delicious, though some of my favourites include choc mint, biscoff, turkish delight, hazelnut and chocolate. The sorbet is worth a mention as well, on a hot summers day, it is refreshing (especially the passionfruit).

This place is the best gelato on the peninsula amazing service, great value for money and best of all the most amazing tasting flavors and choices!

We enjoyed Cherry Ripe, Caramel Mudcake, Hazelnut, and Chocolate gelati. All flavours were true and textures were excellent. As good as any you'll find in Italy (a sure sign of authenticity is the use of tins).

It's NOT Gelato it's simply standard ice cream. Worst service with half a scoop if you are lucky.
Don't bother unless you don't want Gelato. Wouldn't go again.

I go to Okay Lucy for the friendly faces and the bubbly personalities you are always greeted with! This afternoon I was greeted by someone who clearly wanted to go home, rude and mask hanging over her chin while she sneezed over my ice cream she was serving. Very disappointed for such a great place.

My partner and I have been three times now, and seriously cannot fault anything. Scoop sizes are generous and flavours are always so yummy and taste as they should for the flavour they are. Waffle cones are yummy too. Customer service is always spot on as well. Will definitely keep coming back

Affordable and decent prices with a great range of prices. My family and I all loved their choices of icecream and the girls were friendly and helpful. Best to get ice-cream in a cone too, it's more enjoyable.

The gelato was sensational. My partner is obsessed with the blood orange and already wants to go back. We went on NYE and even though the girls were flat out, one in particular was just so lovely and genuine to everyone she served. It was an awesome experience for something as simple as getting gelato.

The turkish delight and also the vegan mango were both so deliciously flavoursome! My bestie ordered the strawberry which tasted superb as well. We would definitely come here again!
