Okami (Melton) - Japanese All You Can Eat

Very disappointed that my partner had to wait 40mins for his food, and also having to still pay full price when he didn’t receive some of his items, it may be busy but come on we were seated before most of those around by us and still our food was late and didn’t get some of our order, and also cold, Not happy customers at all specially when me and my partner were celebrating Valentine’s Day for the first time in years and this was the service we got.

Had a large table booked in, after the food was ordered took a while to get the food and we had to ask for cups multiple times. Food was great though so it evened out the score.

Great place for two. Not for one person. Nothing on website to read. They did not have all you can eat menu for one single person.
I think Management need to provide all you can eat for a single customer. Maybe for higher price. I had my food paid about $50 just a dish - soup -Fried rice.

Food good but customer service very poorest.the japanese lady came to do our order had a musk was very very rude loud voice looks frowned and fierce make me angry.very tough voice and my Nana told her to use her inside volume to keep down her voice.she pretend to smile and calm down.she came back and trying to be nice and smile when my Nana told her.
This lady shouldn't working there she ruined the restaurant and let customers walking away.

Nice Food, but always seem to be under staffed.extremely loud when idiot parents let their kids run around without a care.

The food was really good here, definitely worth going again. But service was a bit slow, as they were low on staff.

Amazing food. Have been to the restaurant twice and will keep coming back. Fried rice is the best rice I’ve had. Customer service is also amazing and they bring food very quick.

Great food, and the all you can eat is an incredible deal, it's a bash bringing friends and ordering to our heart's content.

Yum yum & yum. Great food, excellent service. Everything was delicious but gyoza where my fav. Good value for money as it’s all you can eat. I like the fact that it’s cooked fresh. Will be back very soon.
