Excellent customer service, but the mini matcha taiyaki is overcooked (wrapping is hard or goowie), and ice cream is rock solid.

The food is delicious! Feels a bit busy/crowded in there at times, but enjoyed it nonetheless

One of our favourite weeknight dinner places to go to. Very affordable and good quality of food. Staff are always helpful and service is really quick. Food is very filling and has good taste!

A polite and quick service with quality Japanese food. We ordered all you can eat menu and absolutely worth the money spent. Teriyaki steak was our favourite.

It’s an AYCE which focuses on Japanese food, located near Narre Warren Station. There is a 2 hour limit, and you can come up to 15 minutes after your reservation time. The interior is spacious and the tables were broad. It feels casual inside, so you can relax while you eat.

The food is prepared and served quickly, and the waiters are accomodating, so I ate until I was full and enjoyed it.

Food was delicious and relatively quick, however they cut you off much sooner than what your session is set for. Not exactly “all-you-can-eat” when they stop serving 40 mins into a 1 1/2 hour time slot.

Dined on A Le Carte menu. Menu in store did not reflect updated prices, and staff did not advise on the increased price. We would not have ordered three menu items had we known the price. $36 for 6 small pieces of Salmon. Curry sauce was missing on Katsu Curry meal. Disappointing service, will not be dining there again

Great simple Japanese food, most options from the menu are solid.entree to main to desert, enjoyed all meals. Great way to hang out with a group of people.

Great food, been to Okami a few times and it keeps getting better! The location is tucked away in the corner but inside its a large space.

Food was cold, put my hand up to order numerous but kept being ignored.
Asked for a couple dishes more than 3 times but they never came.
I love okamis and are a regular but would never go back to this one.
We were all very disappointed.

Horrible customer service, I ordered miso soup and took ages to get served, staff always dropping the plates on the floor and too noisy. Overall a horrible experience and will not return again. If I could give a negative rating, i would!

Ordered Bento set and the miso soup was diluted. The Chicken Katsu curry sauce isn't rich enough. Another Bento with Salmon but small pieces but taste ok.

Food court quality meals but double the price. Beef carpaccio was pre-prepared and clearly at the bottom of the pile as it looked as though someone had taken a rolling pin to it. The grilled squid was chewy and the seasoning was gross, so we left that unfinished. The green tea ice cream and cold soba noodles were nice.

Really good restaurant prompt and friendly service and good food. A little crowded but it has to do with their popularity really. Post covid crowded places make me a bit nervous so its not entirely their fault. Would go again though.

This place is a revelation.
The food is great, atmosphere was good. Very busy.it has 2 sittings. I'm not sure if they are covid19 spacing properly. It was a pleasure to eat there.

Love this place, our 3 girls do too, they always remember our little Miss whom wants to be a chef and work there one day

Always jammed pack, we were at the far end and orders were taking sometime but still good, friendly staff with extra freebies.
