Highly recommend purchasing from OiOi. Not only are their products amazing but also their customer service. I bought their signature nappy bag from a retailer that stocked OiOi but once getting it home and testing it I noticed it was going to be too small for what I needed it for. Unfortunately the retail store would not offer me a refund and didn’t stock any other OiOi bags to exchange it, so I reached out to OiOi directly and Isabella was absolutely wonderful. With no hesitation she offered to return the bag for me which I did and upgraded to the multitasker which suits me so much better. I would definitely buy again and also recommend to my friends and family.

OiOi has such great quality items. I have the nappy backpack and it has carried me through two babies and is still in great condition. Their customer service is fantastic, Isabella was very helpful and accommodating when emailing with her.

I originally found this brand when I was looking for a nappy bag for my daughter when she had her baby. I bought her a backpack and she loved it, and I then bought the Playground Cross Body for myself. Oioi don’t market themselves for travel but they should as the bags are great… stylish, and well designed with lots of compartments. I’ve now ordered another crossbody in a different colour and a Tote for my next trip.

I absolutely love the quilted Nappy bag! It fits so much but isn’t too big and bulky. The bag itself is also very light to carry around which is a huge bonus, especially when so much needs to go in a baby bag! One of the sliders came off the teeth on the zipper, so I emailed OiOi to let them know. They got back to me instantly and sent out a new bag to replace it! They were so lovely and I really appreciated them replacing my bag so quickly. Wonderful customer service!

I've been the proud owner of the Black Nappy Backpack for almost a year now, and it has been a delight to use. I initially picked another backpack brand as I liked the idea of the back privacy anti-theft pocket, however I could fit less than my previous shoulder bag, struggled to access items, and hated that putting my drink bottle in the side pockets meant the internal space was compromised. After a friend's recommendation, I was drawn to OiOi's beautiful backpack - especially the wide opening and elasticised side pockets. Everything is ridiculously easy to find and organise, it fits large bottles in the side pockets, and the space available inside is truly remarkable. The construction and materials are gorgeous (it still looks brand new) and the straps are really comfortable when the contents are heavy. When the kids are older, I will still be using this wonderful backpack for myself.

I absolutely love OiOi products & always highly recommend them to my friends & family. I’ve had my nappy backpack for a few years now & it still looks brand new the quality is amazing! I also have the matching colour pram caddy. I’ve just recently purchased 2 of the playground cross body bags aswel. I love how versatile they are, you can use them for any occasion or everyday use which is what I’ll be doing with mine - they come in such beautiful colours too.

I am a nana and have grandchildren coming at a fast rate with 4 children of my own. I have given each Mum a backpack nappy bag, plus a few of their friends. They all say it is perfect size, great they can put it on the stroller or as a back pack to free their hands. I notice how good they look even with years of use.

I just received my two pineapple pram liners and I couldn't be happier! The material is high quality, waterproof and very easy to wipe off any spills. The liner is padded really nicely with a nice head roll at the top. It can be easily reversed. All the slots for straps are actually placed in the right spots (several placement options) so there's no constant sliding up and down like with other liners. Service communication is above expectations and the print is absolutely fantastic and just so fresh! Our pram has never looked so good! Highly recommended! I'll definitely be buying these for the next baby shower present as they're such great value and well thought out!

After having a much larger and cumbersome nappy bag, I purchased the nappy backpack and absolutely love it! It holds so much (for example, 2 bottles and a formula container, two disposable and two cloth nappies, a change mat, a snack container, a toy, a change of clothes, a few snacks for me, a wallet and a few other bits and pieces) while still be a really comfortable size and it’s light!

I absolutely adore my OIOI nappy bag- it is so practical and looks amazing. I’ve since purchased one for my sister in law also. The quality is amazing and the brand has incredible after sales service! Would absolutely purchase again
