O'HENRY BIG MENSWEAR

This is the second suit I've purchased from Chris. The second being for my wedding. Chris really takes the time to look after you, and ensures everything fits nicely. His customer service is outstanding

Nothing is ever too hard. Chris is amazing. Proper, traditional customer service. We'll never go elsewhere.

These guys are great, even if something doesn’t fit quite right they alter it for a very reasonable price:) also that “Olivia” reviewer was hilariously put in her place by Chris XD

Unbelievably great service! If you are a larger man and want a place where people who work there love clothes and have a sophisticated sense of various stylish coutures, then this is the place for you.

I walked in the other day after perhaps 7 years and I was recognised immediately. The folks there are incredibly friendly and absolutely excellent at recommending stylish options for you. I think the price is well worth it every day of the week.

P. S.if you are looking for a place that can get you very fine clothes, even tailored waistcoats or trousers, these people are the people you want to see.

Not much more that I can say but 5 star service and I always fell looked after. He really knows he stuff and just knows what will fit me and what will feel good. Its rare to find service like this anymore in Melbourne, it is the only place I feel comfortable going to for clothing. I travel 40km to get to the shop.

Chris is a star, always seems to be able to find what I want from my wedding suit to casual wear. I haven't had to destroy a display table yet so keep up the good work.

Very bad and terrible service! Before I bought the clothes over there, I asked him that I am getting the clothes for my brother who are in Malaysia, can I bring it back if is doesn't fit him. He said is fine you can bring it back anytime. I then purchased 5 shorts, 2 tops and some underwear in Dec 16 I then traveled to Malaysia in May 17. I went back to the shop to changed the size as it was too big for my brother. He refused to changed the sizes and asked me to leave his shop. Please note that I purchased in Dec because that is the time I could buy summer clothes, I couldn't find any summer stuffs in April or May if I travel to Malaysia in May.

I cannot say enough how much I like this place. Chris cares and knows his business well. I'll keep coming back for all of my clothes.

My friend and I had a great experience visiting this store and we had a great shopping day. We found everything we wanted in our sizes and the store owner Chris was very professional and extremely helpful. He spent a good hour with us understanding our requirements. I highly recommend this place; Prices were worth the quality, material and workmanship and didn't burn our pockets. If we couldn't find anything, Chris can easily order it in. Thanks a ton!

What amazing service from O'Henry Menswear. Needed to get fitted out with a suit, shirt and tie etc.for my daughters wedding. I have a unique body shape due to a medical condition that requires some forward thinking. Chris spent 90 mins one on one with me to ensure that I would look as good as I could for the big day. If you want real service from a true professional then just turn up at their shop.don't bother going anywhere else. Thank you Chris!
