Officeworks Wangaratta

Unhelpful and rude. Looking for a keyboard advertised on their website, and they argued that there wasn't even such a piece of equipment.until I finally found it myself on their shelves. I avoid them unless there's absolutely no other option.

I’m a 70 year old, still got my teeth and my marbles, but I’m technically challenged. I recently tried to a copy of a receipt of I purchase I made nearly 3 years ago, no we couldn’t find it. I didn’t remember the exact month, so I was inspired by the young girl there to dig through my emails. I found it, and phoned the young lady to thank her, for her diligence.
I recommend Officeworks to everyone, who are looking for quality, and customer satisfaction.

Today we went instore to print a document and the young sales assistant “Tom” was extremely helpful, professional, patient & kind, explaining how to use the system and teaching us how to use the technology ourselves to print a document from our phone! Thanks Tom & Officeworks, you should commend this young man on his customer service!

On Wednesday, 21st December 2022 I was in the Wangaratta store to buy computer monitors. I made an inquiry about what was in store and had a few questions about what my husband had seen on officeworks website. I was attended to by a young man " Tom ", who was very helpful, easy to ask questions, and took the time to get me the information I was after. At the end of the sale (I was purchasing multiple monitors), he offered to help me carry them to my car without being asked. In a world where I feel people are quick to criticise, I feel it is important to give praise where it is deserving. Job well done Tom, thank you.

Ordered some stuff on line. When to collect it. Order ready. Female staff very attentive to detail. In and out like a flash

I was at the Wangaratta store today the 23rd of March to print out some pictures using my usb drive.
Unfortunately my drive failed to load the photos and i asked for help from a sales rep at the counter. I believe her name was Claire around 1pm. She said they cant print my pictures over the counter if my drive is not working. I kindly requested her for other options to get these photos printed out, and all she said was ‘go to another store’. Another rep overheard our conversation and suggested the office works photo app. I believe your company invests in such apps to increase user interface and a as a strategy to allow your customers to easily use your services in a time efficient manner! Therefore it is the duty of your staff members to promote such services for the benefit of your business and the consumer. However staff like Claire sets out a bad example for everyone working with her as she seems to be a senior. This is Wangaratta and not Melbourne, going to another store is really a limited option. She was quiet embarrassed when the other rep suggested the app to me, she guided me through it with no hesitation. I used the app and got my photos printed. It is an amazing app. I hope u take some action in re-training your staff, especially Claire, in Wangaratta.

My mum was unexpectedly transferred and admitted to Wangaratta Hospital, and due to Covid and living 3hrs away we are unable to get there. She has no charger, we were unable to access one through the hospital and needs to be able to communicate/ text with her husband who has also in another hospital. Rhi has gone above and beyond to help us! Thank you so much Rhi your kindness is immeasurable and I cannot explain the relief this has brought to our family.

Was totally ignored.then after 20 minutes I chased down nearest attendant which was an older woman who rudely told me to read the tab properly.very unhappy.went to Wodonga officeworks instead.

Went in to buy a desk and chair was ignored constantly by staff asked staff member for help she said she was to busy and would send someone else no one came after waiting for ages left store with nothing. Staff too busy chatting amongst themselves. Horrible customer service. Have purchased a lot of things from Officeworks in the past never again after this experience.

Fantastic staff, went in disorganised and frustrated, helped by Lynn, walked out completely sorted and less stressed!

Was having trouble printing off thank you cards and getting the photo right, Natalie helped me with it and went over and above being helpful, getting it just right, finding the text I needed, balancing the picture, taking the time to get it the way I wanted, then printing out on the heavier cardboard. Service was fantastic, thank you. And they're all such a cheerful crew, pleasure to shop there.

I needed to return a phone on warranty, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating, they took the opportunity to turn a negative experience into a postive one

Would defiantly shop here again, very helpful gentleman Alex showed me in the right direction towards tablets and ipads. Would give him 5 stars
