65I went from Caroline Springs OW to Taylor's Lakes OW today. The worst entry welcomes customers. Torn cardboard boxes, buckets of dried leaves. All it takes is 1 minute. The manager gives a damn. What I saw inside is a reflection of what I saw outside. Well it cannot be different, because it is under the same manager. Books were all staggered and rubbish everywhere. I need to get to toner area. Cannot. Blocked by to high trolleys with boxes. Service was good. But the visuals were like some of the KMART stores before Christmas. This is Australia. A standard is expected. I hope the manager will see to it.you.
Generally poor customer service and awareness. Waiting, first in line to ask about the availability of a product and there were two staff serving two other customers while another two staff stood around and chatted, whilst uneccessarily involving themselves in each of the other customers' situations. Both of whom were being attended to properly.
Felt ignored and your staff need some training based on others' feedback. A bit of awareness goes a long way, a simple approach by asking "are you right there/ can I help you" rather than gasbagging, especially dissapointing when one of the employees looked to be experienced.
Had to wait 5 minutes just to be served, won't be returning and took my business elsewhere.
I bought an demo apple watch, the receipt clearly mentioned the product code and price and they asked me to pick the watch next day because they wanted to reset the watch. I got the call from the manager that the watch is ready to pick up but some time they again called me and informed me that they can’t give me the watch at that price. I never expected such poor customer service from the staff and the manager.
The worst customer service. Waited to print copies told to go do it myself, explained I don’t know how. Still forced to use the machines with a worker around. The worker jumped to many customers without even helping people completely. Maybe make a sign before queuing to say we are not going to help you go do it yourself on the machines.
I don’t normally take the time to make reviews however, I purchased a student desk, chair and floor mat tonight, I can not fault the service received from Alex, he was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my selection, offering alternatives and managed to find the particular floor mat I was after that I had at first, thought was no longer available. He offered to take the items to my car which I declined, he somehow appeared when we were about to return the trolley to return it for us, Really was a great customer service.
I’ve had to return my son’s school laptop yesterday for the third time. Each time upon returning the laptop to Officeworks, I’ve received conflicting informations in regards to the refund process from their staff. The manager Sam, was no help to her staff member serving us yesterday, he was really trying to do his best.
Due to conflicting information and lack of care to the consumer, as this has impacted my son’s schooling for the last 6 mths. I’ve now lodged a complaint with consumer affairs.
Poor service, Im standing 20 minutes untill she call me and then the lady asked me to go self service. ARE YOUR GUY KINNDING ME? What kind of service? Unprofessional at all. Please training your staff how to work.
Excellent Service, Heaps of products in reasonable Prices, Staff is good. Visited on 23-11-2018, at 2: 30 pm Friday.
Great experience, especially with customer service - Gabby, was exceptional at the printing services. Would recommend having her serve for an easy and simple transaction at Officeworks. Thank you!
My mum walked in today needing some help printing an important document and she was not only unable to get help, she was actually told that they were too busy to help her and to do it herself and when she couldn’t work it out was still denied help. Will never be using the store in Taylor’s lakes again. Even if they were busy, an apology and maybe give her a timeframe when they would be able to help, they were rude and dismissive, terrible customer service
Please improve your customer service. The guy said do not hold a mobile connector box to read any spec because people take and run away but I am not saying you will do….

Printing service needs some work, needed to print plans and they person there didnt know how to correctly print plans to scale.
Printing service was fine. But every single staff member I saw looked so grumpy and the service was rather poor
I needed quite a few diffrent sized photos printed in the last few weeks. I was lucky enough to find the same staff member Izzy at the printer counter each time. She was so helpful and patient, she came out and helped me at the self-service kiosk, answered all my (non tech savi) questions and even went through different options on the service desk computer.

Updated to 4 stars since service has greatly improved. Former 2 star review: I usually have good customer service here (I think I've only been during the day so it would have been 3-4 stars), but tonight I had really poor service. I have a heavy item I need to return and need the cash back for other things. I fell asleep after work, but figured I still had time, so I raced down and parked right outside the door with a few minutes until close. I went inside and asked if I can return a piece of furniture and if I could I bring it in. The response was, ”We close in a couple of minutes" and "We can't let you in without a certificate". So I went back to the car to get my phone and returned to see a silver-haired man at the entrance. I said I was just speaking to someone else, showed my phone, and his response? "Sorry, we're closed" and that was it. I looked at the 5 kids working there all staring away or at the ground. It was like the night workers are anti-service and want to leave early. This was the worst customer experience I've had in months.
Useless staff. Color printer just happen to break down when we're here. "Lowest prices, non-existent customer service" their new slogan.
Very unprofessional especially to TRACEY at the printing service is extremely rude and worst customer service experience I ever deal with. I went to Mark the manager in store to complain about Tracey and another customer who was approached the manager at the same time to complain about her as well. No apologies at all! But he did help me to sort out my printing. Please avoid this store if you can.
I’ll call up to the head office to lodge a complaint as well as this is unacceptable customer service.
The printing service is a joke. Take a few days to get 1 single paper to be printed. When I cannot wait for that long (urgent document), I came here to check and the lady told me to wait because I’m still in the queue but she offered me to print again directly with another charge. How difficult is it to get 1 paper document printed quickly as possible? A disaster service.
Today I went to get a white board. The site manager, Martin went well beyond his normal duties to help me.

Was advised on the phone to come and get passport photos done no need for appointment. Went to office work and girl on counter says passport photo machine is broken no apology nothing, wonder what customer service skills. Don't waste your time go somewhere else
