Officeworks Shepparton reviews
41I’d like to give the hugest shoutout to Shack! At the Shepparton store, for her outstanding level of customer service, right on the spot she helped us put together our design for business cards! Shack brought our ideas together into the online design board within 25mins we had an amazing custom design business card. Many thanks to Shack from Backwater Blues!
Dad bought a new phone here today, 27/5/2023, found it was a second hand one when Dad got home!
Some phone numbers and old messages are still in the phone, some messages are related to the old owner’s medical information.
Called the shop to report the above, the manager finally called back after a long talk to several people. Dad was very upset and stressed.
Hope no other customers have this experience.
The Officeworks must investigate the whole thing seriously. Please follow it up in a timely manner.
I was in need of a couple of documents being scanned for me and waited my turn for the young assistant who was showing another customer how to use the " do it yourself" kiosk.
When my turn came I asked if she would mind scanning the documents to my email please. Her response was to say " I can show you how to do it yourself if you like".
I presume it would have taken her longer to show me how to serve myself than it would have taken to simply scan the documents so what exactly is her job?
I went elsewhere, appalled at the lack of customer service as is so often the case these days.
Food for thought: customers are not an interruption to your job, they ARE your job.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was excellent. Prices are OK. Plenty of stock.
No staff. No service as the bloke wandered off leaving people at the counter. I’ll buy online now and it won’t be your online store either.
I buy a lot of gear here every week. Most of the staff are helpful and pleasant but the manager could try to be a bit more friendly.
The young lady at the copy desk was very helpful and working through her long line of customers as quickly as she could. At the same time six or seven staff, including two managers were just wondering around the store pretending to restock the shelves. The management at the Shepparton store need to be fired, some of the staff are trying very hard in spite of their leadership.
Avoid this store if you can.
Half an hour for a few bottles of water for click and collect. Totally unacceptable. They will ask you to stand on a stupid spot right in front of the entrance. Apparently you must stand in that spot until they bring your stuff. Slowest service ever.
Little friendly advice to the young woman working the register today: In customer service: When taking customers in a line, how about "Next waiting, please" instead of "Who's next" in a miserable tone. And would it kill you to say "Hi, how are you? " Instead of just standing there like you don't wanna be there. Also thanks for bending all the folders I bought during the bagging process.
Officeworks call centre (Shepparton store did not give me this answer) would have to be the most backward archaic business to deal with in these covid times. I live near Shepparton in Victoria, the store in Coburg has the item I would like to purchase. They will not do store transfers, they will not except payment over the phone and they will not ship the item at my expense. My only option is to drive to the store (170klms) and pick it up. An express post bag my cost $15.
The last click and collect order I received was damaged and 2 year old diary. You have dropped the ball Officeworks.
Get up with the times!
Probably the worst staff I have ever incounted. Travelled an hour to the store to buy a laptop. We waited for 20 mins for someone ask what we we wanted. Then told go and sit down the back on office chairs and salesperson will be with you in 10 mins. 1 and half hours later. We left. Totally disgusted in the poor staff and service. I wouldn't buy a pencil from this mob.
I've called 3 times now to see availability on an item and it's just rung out. Great to know you aren't actually at the phones.
This is a second review in less than a fess minutes. This is actually disgusting. I've called multiple times now and no answer. If you actually care about your business why don't you read all the bad reviews you have gotten from so many people. Maybe then you will understand the fact you need to fix every staff member up and teach them to answer the phone and learn some manners to respect your costumers.
** TECH HEAD, DJ PRODUCER, WRITER AND MORE **
I have been to a ton of officeworks but never have I had as many wins in a store, Shepparton Officeworks seems to have a lot more clearance items than any other Officeworks I am going to put that down to the fact that their turn over is minimal and lacklusture due to the competitors in the area.
Customer service was average, I got followed around the store by a lady, and it was very clear she was undercover security, which when I said to her "big backpack doesn't mean theft. " She bolted for the back door, great way to keep your cover lol good work!
Staff offer to help but there undertaking of networking is not great, stock levels don't seem to be as accurate as they should be I would strongly recommend that you phone ahead give them the SKU code from the website and ask the staff member to SIGHT the item, also ask if it's possible for them to hold the item.
Good luck calling them. They don't answer the phone. Get there and they're just chatting away not caring about the ring
Very disappointed.their staffs not friendly.i asked about iPhone coz I want to buy it.but they ignore me because im not white people.i just got my iPhone from jb hifi.im so happy their staffs is not racist.won’t go to office work SHEPPARTON anymore.
I have visited this Officeworks on several occasions, the staff are not approachable and come across quite standoffish if asked to assist.
I had to make repeated phone calls until finally they "found" my print order, actually ready for pick up, said they sent an SMS yesterday. I'm still waiting for the SMS to arrive.
Wish I can give zero stars. They must make sure that they are working with a proper phone connection.
We traveled an hour to buy a product and tried to ring them up for an enquiry.
So we traveled two hours for nothing.
Thank you for saving my time.
Absolutely hopeless, I went in with my partner to purchase a $600 drawing tablet and was in the bag to buy as in cash ready and wanted it, but couldn't find anyone to help us, we saw two young staff members chatting away about b.s and wasn't interested in serving us as their conversation was more important, eventually they responded with the, "The guy who knows about these has just gone to lunch" mind you it was about 4pm, so we just left.
Terrible service and extremely rude, oh and another thing they never ever answer the phone.
Young girl was VERY unhelpful. We took an artwork in to scan. We have scanned artwork at this store before and were told rudely IT COULD NOT BE DONE. Disappointing and a wasted trip.
