AMITY was incredibly helpful with a recent purchase of a mobile. A very polite manner over the phone and, when I went through some spec details about the mobile, her attention to detail was faultless! Very switched on! And, she didn't seem to mind that I called her, "Amityville" - and then recommended the book to her, ("The Amityville Horror")! But, there's no horror about AMITY! She's an absolute delight. Very professional and poised to help! Well done!

Your staff is terrible. I went to pick up my print and she accused me of not paying for it, even though I did. After she checked, it was obvious that I had actually paid for my print.

Really ridiculous printing process. I ordered 50 basic flyers. The system said it would be ready in 1 week, which I thought was a bit excessive, but then 1 and a half weeks later I just get an email with the invoice. I thought it must be ready to pick up, but I had to look through the website to eventually find the files had only just been sent to the store and it will now be ready in 3-5 days.

It really is quite insane that it takes so long to get a few flyers printed. I only went here because I thought it would be quick! Next time I will definitely use a smaller, independent print store.

The service inquiry here is lazy and doesn't really try to provide a customer greeting.

The staff has no idea to binding the documents (20 pages each), took 30 minutes to make it happen and resulted in two books wiz wrong order.

Went in to buy notebook for class. Was looking in the wrong section and a very nice lady showed me where to find the right ones and gave helpful suggestions. Cashier was fine and took care of my purchase quickly. Cannot speak for printing services at this location.

Giving two stars because the staff member downstairs at the counter was lovely BUT it's a different story when I came upstairs to get some printing done. The lady that served me was rude, slow and unhelpful.

Such a rude staff, I’m very upset because his attitude! He tried to entice me to his donation or sth while I had to put my goods in my bag which he should have done!

Unhelpful staff, online printing software was glitchy wouldnt let me select what i wanted for one of my prints, called and asked for help and the person just said it couldnt be resolved.

Extremely rude staff member refused to let me collect my order. Went to collect and brought the confirmation - which very clearly states I do not need to bring ID. The girl at the desk refused to even look at me, and spoke in a dramatic slow tone when I said I didn't have a physical ID on me at the time. Should treat customers better.

Good customer service. The photo printing needs to be improved. Print stations are often out of order and the ones that do work aren't always reliable.

It is strongly recommended that the boss add a few more employees to the printing area! ! ! ! Every time I go there, many people line up to print! The staff downstairs did not come up to help!

I was there for a black & white test print for one of my assignment. The girl who was helping me seemed tired and rude. I asked for a book printing by size 11x15cm. The lady did ask me the preffered page size and I said A4 if it would fit and she handed me the book in A4 size, i mean the cover in A4 and each spreads in A4 so how would it make a book? After that I insisted that it wasn't the book I wanted, maybe try printing in A5 and a guy told me I still have to pay for the wrong print. I agreed with it and the A5 print came out just as bad as the A4. Honestly the lady who helped me looked tired at the very first moment I walked into the store. I even sent out the file with crop marks and she chose the one with no marks at all.

So yea, I would not recommend this rude officework printing service. Did I mention the lady print out my double sided spreads with one side turned over. This used to be my favourite officework printing place but not anymore

Had to wait ages for a click and collect order - it was just bubble wrap.

When I asked about it, rather than trying to help find out what's happening they would tell me to continue to wait. There was only one girl who came up to me and asked if I'm still waiting and referred me to the counter. I got told the same thing from the man at the counter. To just wait-

A couple of friends and I was racially profiled by the security person. She followed us around for a whole 30 minutes watching us like a hawk. She even followed us upstairs to the printing area. And then she stopped an Asian man when he was about to exit the store and accused him for not having paid. He had paid.

When I get a text that my click-n-collect is ready, that shouldn't mean I have to go to the front bench and get a runner to go pull it off the shelf for me while I wait 10 minutes.but then again, Officeworks, bottom end of retail customer service in Australia

I’ve used Officeworks to have printing done around the country as well as other walk-in printing outlets too. The experience here was noticeably the best by a long shot. The person who served me not only handled by printing bit was also acting in some sort of supervisory capacity in the area. He juggled a bunch of competing issues, including responding to other directives via an ear-piece related to a staff member, who was with him on the floor, training. And he handled it well. Made obtaining my printing easy and allowed me to continue on my way undistracted and unbothered. Thanks.

Person in front of me just put the zero star below. She was not waiting for half an hour. She was literally waiting for less than 10 min. People just love to complain. I can see the staff doing their best trying to accommodate everyone. Keep up the good work.

I recommend everyone not to go to that store or order online. I have a worst service both in store and online. I always accept online orders with click and collect in 2 hours. And when you went to store they said its unavailable right now and won’t be coming this week. Its happen with for 2 times. If its happen one thn its allright bur its happening every time. Even the staff is rude and not helpfull at all. Store managed names dock or den whatever is a really rude manager and not be deserve as a manager. They never understand our situation. Officeworks really need to work on them.
