So same prices same store since years with really slack service. Do you bag what we purchase or not? It seems at every visit the goods are thrown randomly across the counter with a hope that someone will look after it? Make things clear this will help. Tell your customers that they have to do everything in the check out process.

Extremely terrible service from Matt at officeworks. Extremely condescending and rude. Officework’s should probably pay their employees to care more, what disgraceful customer service.

Albina was absolutely great! She answered all my stupid questions with a great patience! Great job guys:)

Service was amazing. Michael spent so much time with me explaining product. He even spent time talking on phone to partner to explain it all over again. Walked away feeling totally looked after. Brilliant

Staff at the print and copy centre needs more help and maybe training. There is always a very long line there.

I wanted to say thankyou to Chadley who was such a legend at this store. I had been to multiple Officeworks who had rejected the job I urgently needed to get done, I was nearly in tears and Chad was so quick to assist.

He was professional, friendly and exceeded expectations. Customer service is such a rare thing these days in retail and hospitality, so sincerely, thank-you Chad for being so accomodating!

Popped in to purchase an additional laptop charger for home rather than lugging my work one home everyday and I could not have been more impressed by Luca’s professional and happy customer service. He was busy training a new team member when I approached him and he immediately popped the training on hold to assist me. Luca you will go a long way! Well done! Bonus points too for a universal laptop charger meaning I can charge most devices from the one power pack! Thank you

Hannah was so helpful in giving me what I needed at the best price and in such a lovely way. Took time to even explain things to me. She was so helpful and so nice.
Maggie was so lovely while serving me and also went out of her way to make me feel important while fixing my problem, saying it was easy.
These two Team Members are why I keep recommending OfficeWorks.

Didn't find them very helpful when it came to information on TEC items also I felt like I was been watched I'm pretty sure that they have floor walker I know they need to have them but not everyone is a criminal it would nice if they just let you shop with out been stared and followed.

Literally just walked out of the shop just now! Had to write this immediately. I was served by Sue from the moment I walked and sale end. She is amazing.service was above and beyond. Helpful and assisted with a product. Good to see irrespective of domination, customer service was imperative. Always been regular at this store however today was another level. Another reason why I'll keep returning.leading by example. Other then that wide range products. Including Christmas gift ideas for kids. Arts/ crafts/stationary and educational books etc.

I attended the Highett store around 8.40pm on Friday 11th February to purchase a new phone. I was being served but had to wait for partners phone for openpay. I apologised to a woman standing in the queue in case I had pushed in. She wasn't concerned about that, she was some disease expert and was very rude to me as I wasn't wearing a mask. I asked the young boy 15 yo. He was incredibly rude to me, both he & the customer had disgusting looks on their faces like I had the plague. No one bothered to ask if I had an exemption. I assume they're both 'vaccinted', which means they're protected right? It's been found there's no such thing as asymptomatic, a person doesn't carry it around with no symptoms. It's been Repeatedly proven masks do absolutely Nothing to stop the spread, even the World Health Organisation states this. How am I a risk if they've been vaxed and I'm not sick. It is pure insanity for a virus that was 38th cause of death in 2020 (Aust. Bureau Statistics).

Went there yesterday to look for construction paper for kids. Asked a couple of staff but none of them showed much interest in helping me find out where the product is. A couple of senior female staff who I spoke to were reluctant to respond. I was Very disappointed by their poor customer service. Will not return. Officeworks Mentone is much better than this one.

Photocopies are as responsive as the staff, touch screens kept resetting and kept having to swipe card and login blah blah, took forever to scans some legal docs

I spoke to Karina in the print section, who directed me to where I could get something printed. I was so impressed!

Ordered a click and collect for today. Not able to pick up until Tuesday (3 days time) despite what the checkout said. Tried to call, as expected no one bothered answering the phone.

Don't even bother. It's run by kids and it shows.
