Officeworks Ferntree Gully

Collected my online order in-store the other day. The staff was really friendly and helped me right away when I asked where shall I wait for click and collect orders.

I went to Officeworks today to get some calendars printed & bound, the young girl working in printing was so helpful & friendly, great work ~ thank you!

The store has alot of stock so the things you want are always there. If I had any problem some staff don't know alot about what there selling.

Greatest customer service I've had at any store in a long time. Panicked when I couldn't print a large file on the self-serve machines. Bree especially, as well as Jake, Jayden, and the manager were all immensely patient, helpful, and understanding, helping me find creative and successful solutions amidst my mini breakdown. Super thankful for their help. Lovely people.

Excellent service. Canvas and poster arrived next day. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Deserved 6 STAR service.

Everytime I come to Ferntree Gully to print it is such a hassle. Started to print today scanned my credit card. Then couldn't log onto wifi so got my son to stand near printer thinking no one would use it. So I could go to front door and get service. The assistant kicked me off the printer to let someone else on. Just let people get printing done anyway they want. I've got kids I don't Wanna be stuffing around with all this. Please just have staff at these printers all the time or let the staff do it. Not everything needs to be self service everywhere you go.

Atrociously poor customer service.
Printing service refused to do my job, only giving in after I pushed back and insisted.

The stock I required was not on display, took a box to a team member and asked them to open it, they ignored me, asked again, and it was the most difficult thing for them to do, on top of this, they questioned as to where I got the box of stock from, like I had stolen it from their own store!

I walked out of this store so disheartened, like I had done something wrong.

I would like to say thank you to the excellent staff at Ferntree Gully Ofice works. I went in for a mailing box for an object that ended up not fitting anything other than an oversized shipping box, which the checkout assistant reminded me I would be paying more in postage for a large size. She suggested asking an attendant if there were any of their stock boxes out back that were due for recycling. Another attendant promptly got a ladder, unboxed some stock for the shelves from a box that was perfect, and I was charged nothing. By the time I was walking out the original check out attendant had gone out the back to find me a different box. I wish I got their names! Very appreciative!

I was delighted to be served by young Deana in a the print department. She was nothing less than professional with her quick, swift and efficient printing.

I will be sure to come back again with any printing needs!

The staff here at the print center today absolutely goes above and beyond! It was such a busy afternoon and they were efficient, kind and cheerful. I was nervous about a big print job I had to do for work. The lady was so helpful with taking me through self service, giving me tips on how to do the best job and even went to get a box for me to sort out everything + dividers for me to separate the documents. It would’ve been a high stress environment but she was so lovely and efficient and kind. Really want to give them a big shoutout and want them to be recognized for the wonderful work they do.

Waited ages only to be told their passport photo camera was broken.could have put a sign up

Nadia from officeworks printing area was the best customer service skill follow through and care I’ve experienced in a long time especially these days people like Nadia are so rare

Easy to find items, very very helpful staff for getting photos or cards made up, they actually make sure it's what you want and help with cropping etc.

Plenty of parking.

Poor service from male staff - he would not honour item hold requests over the phone (despite the fact I was told by another female staff member 20 minutes before that I could put an item on hold for pick up). Didn't even sound apologetic. I will be avoiding this store in the future.

I walked in 20 mins before closing with a very vague idea of the prints I wanted, fully expecting to just get a quote and come back another day to actually get the work done.
Tiff’s service was as informative as one could be with absolutely no rush at all and helped me choose exactly what I wanted show casing all of their available options.

Great store, easy parking, plenty of helpful staff around the store if you want help finding what you need.

My beautiful mum passed away and I went in to get booklets printed for the service. Nadia in the print section was so kind and nice to deal with. She made everything easy and gentle in a tough time. Great work Nadia

Don't use this store if you want customer service there is no help at all wanted to print a couple of documents and they said they are not allowed to print behind the counter and had to use self serve 3 of 5 units out of order 1 taken by another customer printing large volumes last kiosk frozen and not working went back to counter and told well you will have to go to another store

Never had a bad experience here, we get our menus printed here and the staff are very helpful and efficient. Really appreciate the efforts in getting customer orders out on time despite how difficult they may be.
Team member Emily was especially helpful today, she offered to drop our order off after her shift even though she has a very busy day. This is the customer service you don’t see very often anymore, going above and beyond even though you don’t have too. Thank you for your kindness Emily and to the whole team!
