Appears to be a dumping ground for "weird" employees. A bemusing experience at best, more frustrating and bothersome than a trip to Officeworks has any right to be at worst.
They once tried to tell me that my non-functioning headphones were out of warranty because they were purchased "last year". They were bought in September. It was January. It had 2 years warranty.

Really sweet service but of no help. The yound lad did not think to get someone else to help or recommend that I go to another officeworks. Therefore they lost a sale.

Their friendly, attentive service impressed me a lot. And another one reason why I highly recommend this store is that if you take picture such as passport picture once, the later revise related to the picture will be free. Like last time I took a picture and I choose wrong size (my fault), the next day I went back and retook the picture. They didn't charge me.appreciate!

30-day change-of-mind returns policy is a lie! You won't be able to return an item to officeworks within 30 days if you change your mind because of the fine print. It's just a scam to lure people to buy from them. Please purchase your electronics and other items from Amazon instead, their returns policy is real, unlike Officeworks. Please please please use Amazon and save yourself the grief that I now have to suffer. I'm out almost a $1000.

Energetic and helpful staffs who can bend over backwards to help me with printing order. Emma and the team never let me down on printing. This is definitely one of the best store I have ever been. You guys are all ROCK!

I have been at this officeworks over 10 times and I am amazed at the quality and respect of the staff. In particular Jess, Jackie and Lena. Everyone else is great to but I forgot their names. I give you guys 5/5 for service 5/5 for manners and most importantly 5/5 for helping customers. Great work guys keep it up.

Been here for do some work for my workplace 8: 47pm nearly shop close soon, not sure what going on and what happened between the staff & customer but the atmosphere environment during the moment it was death, the customer (daughter & mother) are so rude to the staff it just because of their printing work are out of their expectation, what I can see is the staff are tried to do her best to meet customer expectations, one time after printing paper the old woman said not good to her daughter and throw it away all of the paper work (a stack) into the recycle bin, after throw away the staff try to do one more time of the printing but still the same the customer are still not happy with that, not even respect to the staff and walk away in a very "rude" way. After the women and her daughter gone the staff are try to control her emotion to keep continue finish her job, but she was crying and couldn't stop it. What's the problem to the people nowadays? They don't even know how to respect the people who service to you and get angry with them but actually they are just a staff whoever just following their work instructions & rules with using machine to do some printing work for you! They are not a professional people who are make these machine, they just a staff and try to do whatever they can do for you, please stop blaming and angry with them!

The nearest one to my office place. Most of the things in stock. Although not the biggest office works around. The Elizabeth street one is where you go incase these guys don’t have them in stock. We keep going here for printing and bulk copying purposes. Picked up the square eftpos system for our business from here. Staff here are always alert and will approach you with their help in case you are finding it difficult to find something. I have always loved the way office works in the most customer friendly store here in Melbourne.

Exhibition Street officeworks is the worst officeworks I have ever been. Not only once pretty much every time you will feel the difference mainly due to bad customer satisfaction.
Some people just on the phone without serving the customers who are in the line to be served.
And there is a person call Newton and he thinks he own the branch and was very difficult get a price match and had to stay over half an hour to get that sorted.

I highly recommend Bourke St branch and there was no questions asked when I wanted to price match the same product for my friend.

And I went to get 4 print out today and it cost me 40 Cents in Bourke St and cost me $1.90 in Exhibitions St for the same service. Did not ho to argue as it was just a small amount.

Its worth to spend another 5 minutes and go to Bourke St instead of going here. And I do not have much experience with other branches.

This place really needs some staff that really understand tech language!
I called prior to pop in, asking if pdf format is okay to print on 6" photo (not document), got answer of 'Yes'. Then paid a visit ended up failure!
Wasted time. Messed plans!

I had some A1 prints done here and they made it simple. Picked it up on the same day at lunch time.

It would be the smallest Officeworks I have ever been in but it is in the CBD which is a bonus. It has a full range of products.

Friendly staff but long waiting line during peak time. I was overcharged once. To get back your money you have to physically visit the store, and only that store.

Quite helpful staff at a convenient location. What they didn't have in stock (printer paper) they offered to order in. Easy for a disabled person to access, with flat entry and one level.

Good store.unfortunately my tab was not available here.they re directed me to exhibition street and i bought my tab.
